View log entries

You can use Cloud Logging to capture logging data and events for your Google Cloud project. The Logs Explorer displays log entries for your project. You can use the contactcenteraiplatform.googleapis.com/ContactCenter resource type to filter your results to view only the log entries for CCAI Platform.

Before you begin

Before you can use the Logs Explorer, your administrator needs to grant you the right IAM role. The role you require depends on your use case. For more information, see Before you begin in the Cloud Logging documentation.

View CCAI Platform log entries

You can filter the results that appear in the Logs Explorer to display only CCAI Platform log entries.

To view CCAI Platform log entries, follow these steps:

  1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the project selector dashboard and select the project that contains your instance.

  2. In the navigation menu, click Logging > Logs explorer.

    The Logs Explorer page appears.

  3. For Project logs, enter resource.type="contactcenteraiplatform.googleapis.com/ContactCenter" in the query field, and then click Run query. Your CCAI Platform log entries appear.
