If your administrator enables this Agent Assist capability, you can check spelling and grammar as you type messages to end-users.
To check spelling and grammar, follow these steps:
Click Spelling and Grammar. Spelling errors in the message field are underlined in red and grammar errors are underlined in green.
Click an underlined word. A list of suggested corrections appears.
Do one of the following:
Click one of the suggested corrections. The correction replaces the underlined word.
Click Dismiss. The suggested corrections disappear and no change is made.
