Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI Platform) lets you export session data to a
Cloud Storage bucket or an external server. With this
data, you can get insights into calls, chats, emails, queues, agent performance,
virtual agents, and more.
Before you begin
To set up session data export, you must have the following:

For more information, see [Create service accounts](/iam/docs/service-accounts-create).\n- A JSON service account key. You use this key in [Set up external storage with Cloud Storage](/contact-center/ccai-platform/docs/external-storage#set-up-cloud-storage). For more information, see [Create a service\n account key](/iam/docs/keys-create-delete#creating). **Caution:** Follow Google Cloud-recommended best practices for storing your key.\n\nExport session data\n-------------------\n\nTo export session data, follow these steps:\n\n1. In the CCAI Platform portal, click **Settings \\\u003e Developer Settings** .\n If you don't see the **Settings** menu, click menu **Menu**.\n\n2. Go to the **Session Data Export** pane, and then click **Manage Data Export\n Settings** . The **Session Data Export** page appears.\n\n3. Click the **Raw Data Export** toggle to the on position.\n\n4. Select **Google Cloud**.\n\n5. In the **Bucket Name** field, enter the name of the\n Cloud Storage bucket where you want to export your session data.\n\n6. Under **Service Account Key (JSON File)** , click **Upload key** to upload your\n JSON service account key for authentication.
