Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI Platform) lets you export session data to a Cloud Storage bucket or an external server. With this data, you can get insights into calls, chats, emails, queues, agent performance, virtual agents, and more.
Before you begin
To set up session data export, you must have the following:
- A Google Cloud service
account with the
Storage Object Admin
role. For more information, see Create service accounts. - A JSON service account key. You use this key in Set up external storage with Cloud Storage. For more information, see Create a service account key.
Export session data
To export session data, follow these steps:
In the CCAI Platform portal, click Settings > Developer Settings. If you don't see the Settings menu, click Menu.
Go to the Session Data Export pane, and then click Manage Data Export Settings. The Session Data Export page appears.
Click the Raw Data Export toggle to the on position.
Select Google Cloud.
In the Bucket Name field, enter the name of the Cloud Storage bucket where you want to export your session data.
Under Service Account Key (JSON File), click Upload key to upload your JSON service account key for authentication. For more informatoion, see Manage access to service accounts and Create and delete service account keys.
In the Folder Path field, enter the path to the subfolder where you want to store your session data, and then click Save.
