When a user signs into the CCAI Platform portal or the agent adapter the user remains signed in until the user signs out or the inactivity timeout is reached. The inactivity timeout settings is in minutes with a default value of 1440 (24 hours).
The timeout setting applies to all user accounts, including those used for dashboard monitoring screens. To change the timeout setting follow these steps:
In the CCAI Platform portal, go to Settings > Operation Management > Timeout on CCAI Platform.
Enter the timeout threshold in minutes (default value is 1440).
Click Set General to save.
