Explore Your Workdesk

Your Workdesk is the central hub for managing your daily SOC activity. It's designed to help you work quickly and efficiently by organizing all the information you need in one place.

From Your Workdesk, you can:

  • Manage your cases.
  • Collaborate with your team.
  • Respond to manual actions in playbooks.

You can access information related to your daily tasks through these tabs:

  • My Cases: view cases assigned to you, your role, or cases where you are tagged. For details, see View your cases from Your Workdesk.
  • Pending Actions: view playbook actions that require you to manually approve or decline them. For details, see Respond to pending actions.
  • My Tasks: view all tasks assigned to you, to your role, or tasks you've created and assigned to others.
  • Requests: access all available requests. For details, see Fill out a request from Your Workdesk.
  • Workspace: Organize all of your links, files, contacts, and notes.
  • Announcements: Post announcements to the SOC team.
