The admin can define a specific landing page in the platform for users. This setting defines which page the user will see after logging in to the platform.
This will be assigned based on the Permission group that the user is associated with.
This ensures that the user is directed to the most relevant part of the platform for their
needs after login. The user can return to their landing page at any time by clicking the Home icon.
The following are the default landing
pages for each permission group:
Admins: Cases > Case
overview
Readers: Cases > Case overview
View-only:
Dashboards
Collaborators: Your Workdesk > Pending action
Basic: Cases > Case overview
