Administrators can define a specific landing page in the platform for users. This setting defines which page the user will see after they sign in to the platform.
Users are directed to this landing page based on their assigned permission group, which is determined by their association with either an IdP group or an email group, depending on their authentication method.
This ensures that the user is directed to the most relevant part of the platform for their
needs after login. The user can return to their landing page at any time by clicking
home
Home.
The default landing
pages for each permission group include:
Admins: Cases > Case
overview
Readers: Cases > Case overview
View-only:
Dashboards
Collaborators: Your Workdesk > Pending Action
Basic: Cases > Case overview
