Add or delete case stages

You can customize the case stages to match your organization's case management stages and align with your company strategy.

Add a new case stage:

  1. Go to SOAR Settings > Case Data > Case stages.
  2. Click add Add Stage.
  3. Enter the relevant information for the new case stage in the Add Case Stage dialog.
  4. Click Create.

Delete a case stage:

  1. Go to SOAR Settings > Case Data > Case stages.
  2. Click the case stage you want to delete and then click edit Edit Stage to open the Edit Case Stage dialog. You can also double-click the relevant case stage to open the Edit Case Stage dialog.
  3. In the Edit Case Stage dialog, click delete Delete.
  4. In the Confirmation dialog, click Yes to remove the case stage.
