Using the Playbook Navigator

The Playbook Navigator lets you search through the playbook to access the steps you need quickly. Select a playbook. On the top right of the Playbooks page is the Playbook Navigator icon. This will only appear if you disable the playbook simulator.

Once you click the Playbook Navigator icon, the Playbook Navigator side drawer opens and shows you all the steps (actions and flows) in the playbook. Click the step you want to find quickly inside the playbook.

In addition to the search bar, you can also choose to filter the results from the following:

  • Integration Name
  • Step Type (All, Action, Condition, Block)
  • Skip if Failed (All, Stop playbook, Skip step)
  • Step Mode (All, Automatic, Manual)
