Incident Manager overview

The Incident Manager module enables customizable incident management by all relevant departments. There are two main areas of the Incident Manager:

  • Workstation where all active collaborators can add their updates, tasks, decisions, assessments of situation and more
  • Dashboard which features all relevant incident information as well as status update and a visual representation of priority level over time and any countdowns to next updates.

The Incident Manager allows the following:

  • End to end management of a critical incident
  • Collaboration with all organizational departments and relevant external personnel
  • Clear timelines of tasks and operations
  • Organization of important information in chronological order
  • Clear decisions and action plans for all participants
