When you drill down to a case and click an individual alert, multiple tabs
are displayed. Click the Events tab to view a list of events and their
basic details. The Events tab displays raw data of the selected event
and is only displayed if there is an event connected to the case.
If there is an event that you need to configure, click
settingsConfigure Event located in
the same row. This takes you to the Event Configuration page. For more
