View your cases from Your Workdesk

In Your Workdesk, the My Cases tab contains cases assigned to you, your role, and/or if you are mentioned in a case.
You can see the highlighted information in the queue further defined in the View Details side drawer. If you require more information about the case, or to configure an SLA, click Go to case.
To view the SLAs for Alerts for a specific case, hover over the Alert SLA icon.
