When\nyou access it for the first time, only curated dashboards are visible.\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.list` IAM permission to view the list of dashboards.\n\nYou can perform the following actions on the **Dashboards** page:\n\n- **Sort**: Click the column heading, in ascending or descending order, to sort the dashboards.\n\n- **Search**: Search dashboards for a specific value. For example, to search for dashboards created by a specific owner, enter the owner ID in the search box.\n\n- **Pin** : Pin the dashboards you use regularly or those that are important.\n Click push_pin**Pin** to pin a dashboard.\n Pinned dashboards display first, followed by other dashboards.\n\n- **Refresh** : Click refresh**Refresh** to\n refresh the list of dashboards.\n\n- **Filter**: You can filter the list of dashboards as per your requirements.\n\n### Filter the list of dashboards\n\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.list` IAM permission to filter the list of dashboards.\n\nTo filter the dashboard list, do the following:\n\n1. Click filter_alt**Filter**.\n\n2. Select a logical operator and select a column.\n\n3. Select a value in the **Show only** list, and then select the appropriate values.\n\n4. Optional: Click **Add Filter** to add multiple filters.\n\n5. Click **Apply** to apply the selected filters and filter the list of dashboards.\n\n### Delete filters\n\nTo delete filters, do the following:\n\n1. Click filter_alt**Filter**.\n\n2. Click delete**Delete** to delete a filter.\n\n3. Click **Apply** to remove the filter and update the dashboard list based on the selected filters.\n\nView a dashboard\n----------------\n\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.get` IAM permission to view the dashboard.\n\nTo view a dashboard, do the following:\n\n- On the **Dashboards** page, click a dashboard name.\n\nCreate a new dashboard\n----------------------\n\nYou can create a new dashboard using the following methods:\n\n- [Make a copy of an existing dashboard](#copy-dashboards)\n\n- [Import a dashboard](#import-dashboards)\n\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.create` IAM permission to create a new dashboard.\n\nTo create a new dashboard, do the following:\n\n1. On the **Dashboards** page, click **Create Dashboard**.\n\n2. On the **Create Dashboard** window, enter a name and description for your dashboard.\n\n3. In the **Start with Existing Dashboard** list, select **Blank Dashboard**.\n\n4. Under **Access settings** , change the access for your dashboard to either **private** or **shared**.\n Private dashboards are visible only to you, while shared dashboards are accessible\n to all users within your Google SecOps instance.\n\n5. Click **Create** to create a new dashboard. A blank dashboard is created.\n With your blank dashboard, you can add charts to the dashboard. For more information about how to add a chart,\n see [Add a chart to dashboards](/chronicle/docs/reports/manage-native-dashboard-charts#add_a_chart).\n\nMake a copy of an existing dashboard\n------------------------------------\n\nTo save time, you can copy an existing dashboard from the curated dashboards, private dashboards, or shared dashboards.\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.duplicate` IAM permission to make a copy of the dashboard.\n\nTo make a copy of an existing dashboard, do the following:\n\n- On the **Dashboards** page, click more_vert**Menu** next to the dashboard name, and then click **Duplicate**.\n\nEdit an existing dashboard\n--------------------------\n\nAfter you create a dashboard, the **Edit Dashboard** page opens.\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.update` IAM permission to edit the dashboard.\n\nTo edit an existing dashboard, do the following:\n\n1. On the **Dashboards** page, click more_vert**Menu** ,\n and then click **Edit Dashboard**.\n\n2. On the **Edit Dashboard** window, click **Edit Details** to edit the dashboard details like name, description,\n and access settings.\n\n3. Click **Save** to save the details.\n\n4. Click filter_alt**Filter** to edit the filters.\n For more information about filters,\n see [Filters in dashboard](/chronicle/docs/reports/native-dashboards-filters).\n\n5. On the **Manage filters** screen, click edit **Edit** to edit a chart.\n\nChange dashboard access\n-----------------------\n\nBy default, when you create a dashboard, the dashboards are private and are visible\nonly to you. Shared dashboards are visible to all members of the team who can\nview dashboards in Google SecOps. Only the dashboard owner can change the dashboard access.\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.update` IAM permission to change the dashboard access.\n\n1. Select the dashboard you want to share, and then click\n more_vert**Menu** next to the dashboard name.\n\n2. Click **Share** \\\u003e **Save** to share the dashboard with other users.\n\n### Delete a dashboard\n\n| **Note:** You must have the `chronicle.nativeDashboards.delete` IAM permission to delete the dashboard.\n\nTo delete a dashboard, do the following:\n\n1. On the **Dashboards** page, click more_vert**Menu**\n next to the dashboard name, and then click **Delete**.\n\n2. Click **Confirm** to delete the dashboard.\n\nImport or export a dashboard\n----------------------------\n\nYou can use the import and export dashboard feature to enhance collaboration and\nsharing of dashboards among users and across instances.\n\n### Export dashboards\n\nYou can export private, shared, and curated dashboards to a JSON file and use it in another\ninstance of Google SecOps. The exported file contains the dashboard layout and filter settings.\n| **Note:** Editing the exported JSON is not allowed.\n\nTo export a dashboard, do the following:\n\n- On the **Dashboards** page, click more_vert**Menu** next to the dashboard name, and then click **Export**. The JSON file is downloaded on your machine.\n\n### Import dashboards\n\nYou can create a dashboard by importing a JSON file.\n| **Note:** To import a dashboard, you must have a dashboard file exported. The dashboards built using Looker capabilities are not supported.\n\nTo import a dashboard, do the following:\n\n1. On the **Dashboards** page, click **Create Dashboard** \\\u003e **Import from JSON**.\n\n2. On the **Import Dashboard** dialog, browse and select the appropriate JSON file.\n\n3. Click **Edit** to update the name, description, and the dashboard access\n you're importing.\n\n4. Click **Save**.\n\n5. Click **Import** to import the dashboard.\n\nDownload reports\n----------------\n\n| **Note:** The **Download report** button is initially disabled and becomes available once all charts have finished loading.\n\nYou can download reports for each dashboard or chart to analyze the data. Reports\nare available in CSV, PDF, and PNG formats, as follows:\n\n- When you download a report as a PDF or PNG, only the data visible on your screen\n is included in the report, not the full chart dataset.\n\n- When you download a dashboard as a CSV, a ZIP file is generated that contains a separate CSV file for each chart.\n\n- You can download a report for a specific chart as a CSV file, independently.\n\nTo download report for a dashboard, do the following:\n\n1. On the **Native Dashboards** page, click more_vert**Menu**\n next to the dashboard name, and then click **Download report**.\n\n2.
