Cloud locations
Google Cloud continues to add new regions to our global footprint
every year. Our private, software-defined network provides fast and reliable connections
to users around the world. This continually-growing network connects our infrastructure globally
to more than 3.2 million kilometers of terrestrial and subsea fiber - 10 times the reach of the
next leading cloud provider.
Regions consist of 3 or more zones housed in 3 or more physical data centers
* Stockholm, Mexico, Osaka, and Montreal have three zones within one or two physical data
centers and are in the process of expanding to at least three physical data centers.
For more information, please see the
'Geography and regions page'.
Google Cloud infrastructure services are available in locations across North America,
South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. These locations are
divided into regions and zones. You can choose where to locate your applications to
meet your latency, availability, and durability requirements.
At a minimum, all regions will offer the following products at launch: Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Persistent Disk, Cloud SQL, Virtual Private Cloud, Cloud VPN, Key Management Service, Cloud Identity and Secret Manager.
Additional products will be available within 6 months of a new region launch, including: Cloud Run, Bigtable, Cloud MemCache, Apigee, Cloud Redis, Spanner, Extreme PD, BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, Pub/Sub.
Available products in the region will continue to evolve based on customer demand.
Some services differentiate between regions using uppercase (e.g., "US") and lowercase (e.g., "us") letters. Please refer to the service's documentation for the precise multi-region format.
Please review the
Cloud Monitoring documentation for regional scenarios.

Pick your region
The
Google Cloud Region Picker tool helps you pick a Google Cloud region considering
carbon footprint, price, and latency. Select your preferences.
For programmatic access to location data across clouds,
consider using
Cloud Location Finder
(CLF), an API which provides up-to-date location
data across Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Oracle Cloud
Infrastructure (OCI). You can easily find locations, get specific location details, find
nearby locations, and filter these based on criteria such as cloud provider, location
type, territory, or carbon footprint.
We help keep your data safe and secure
Google Cloud meets rigorous privacy and compliance standards that test for data safety, privacy, and security. We've earned the trust of many third-party auditors.
