Meminta pembatalan pesanan aktif
Untuk membatalkan pesanan aktif pelanggan atas produk Cloud Marketplace Anda,
gunakan Partner Support Desk untuk meminta
bantuan. Dalam pesan Anda, sertakan kata "Marketplace", dan ID pesanan
pesanan yang ingin Anda batalkan.
Setelah Google memproses permintaan Anda, Cloud Marketplace akan mengirimkan pemberitahuan kepada pelanggan Anda untuk memberi tahu mereka bahwa mereka kini dapat membatalkan pesanan di Cloud Marketplace.
