Meminta bantuan menggunakan Partner Support Desk
Jika Anda ingin meminta bantuan, selesaikan langkah-langkah berikut:
Buka halaman Ringkasan di Producer Portal.
Di halaman Ringkasan, klik Hubungi dukungan Marketplace untuk membuka
Partner Support Desk.
Gunakan Layanan Dukungan Partner untuk meminta bantuan yang Anda butuhkan, dan sertakan
kata "Marketplace" dalam deskripsi Anda.
Mendapatkan bantuan terkait cara mengakses Partner Support Desk
Jika Anda mengalami masalah saat mengakses Partner Support Desk, pastikan Anda memiliki akun
Partner Advantage. Jika Anda tidak memiliki akun Partner Advantage, isi
Formulir Pendaftaran Pengguna
untuk mendaftar. Setelah berhasil mendaftar dan menerima email
konfirmasi, coba akses Partner Support Desk lagi.
Jika Anda masih tidak dapat mengakses Partner Support Desk setelah berhasil
mendaftarkan akun Partner Advantage, gunakan
formulir publik untuk menghubungi
dukungan.
