[Learn how to set up a Google Cloud billing account](/billing/docs/how-to/create-billing-account).\n- You must have the **Owner** (`roles/owner`) or **Looker Studio Pro Manager** (`roles/lookerstudio.proManager`) IAM role on the Google Cloud project that you use for Looker Studio Pro.\n- You must have the `resourcemanager.projects.updateLiens` permission on the Google Cloud project that you use for Looker Studio Pro. This is required so that Google Cloud can create a [lien](/resource-manager/docs/project-liens) on the Google Cloud project, which helps to prevent accidental deletion of your Looker Studio Pro assets.\n\n | **Note:** The `resourcemanager.projects.updateLiens` permission is granted by the **Owner** , **Looker Studio Pro Manager** , and **Project Lien Modifier** roles. If you are creating custom roles to manage Looker Studio Pro, be sure to include this permission in the role.\n- Your organization must own the Google Cloud project that you use for Looker Studio Pro.\n\n | **Tip:** You can enable the **Trusted Orgs** feature to add users from other organizations to your Pro subscription. To enable the **Trusted Orgs** feature, follow these steps:\n | - Subscribe to Looker Studio Pro.\n | - Obtain a valid support contract.\n | - Submit a request to [Cloud Customer Care](/support) to enable the **Trusted Orgs** feature. You must include the customer domains and the customer organization IDs that you would like to add in your request.\n- You must belong to the same organization that owns the Google Cloud project that is used for the subscription. (For example, you can't make someone who is outside your organization an owner on the project and have that outside user subscribe to Looker Studio Pro on behalf of the organization.)\n\n- The Google Cloud project that you use for Looker Studio Pro must not be in use for a Pro subscription.\n\nFor more information about granting Cloud IAM roles, see the [Manage access to projects, folders, and organizations](/iam/docs/granting-changing-revoking-access) documentation page.
