Jika Anda mengalami masalah saat menggunakan Vector Search, ada
dua cara untuk mendapatkan dukungan. Dalam kedua kasus tersebut, sertakan detail berikut dalam
komunikasi Anda:
Perintah atau kode yang Anda jalankan dan memicu masalah.
Lingkungan tempat Anda menjalankan perintah atau kode. Misalnya,
apakah Anda menjalankannya di instance Compute Engine atau di komputer lokal?
Perilaku yang Anda amati dan perbedaannya dengan apa yang Anda harapkan.
Membuat tiket Cloud Customer Care
Jika memiliki paket Layanan Pelanggan, Anda dapat mengajukan tiket dukungan. Untuk

Di kolom Deskripsi, berikan informasi yang diminta dan
jawab pertanyaannya. Pastikan untuk menyertakan detail
yang relevan, seperti ID project / indeks / operasi, pesan error, dll.
Klik Submit.
