Mengubah pesanan langsung aktif agar melalui Anda sebagai reseller.
Mengubah pesanan aktif dengan Anda menjadi pesanan langsung melalui Cloud Marketplace.
Mengubah reseller yang akan digunakan untuk pesanan aktif.
Agar permintaan transfer hak pelanggan berhasil, permintaan tersebut harus disetujui oleh
semua pihak berikut:
Pelanggan yang meminta transfer hak.
Vendor software independen (ISV) yang menjual produknya melalui
Cloud Marketplace.
Anda, dan reseller lainnya yang terlibat.
Ringkasan
Urutan berikut menjelaskan cara kerja permintaan pengalihan hak pelanggan:
Pelanggan Anda memberi tahu Anda, atau ISV yang menawarkan produk yang telah mereka pesan, bahwa mereka ingin mentransfer pesanan dengan salah satu cara berikut:
Mengubah pesanan langsung aktif agar melalui Anda sebagai reseller.
Mengubah pesanan aktif dengan Anda menjadi pesanan langsung melalui Cloud Marketplace.

Jika pelanggan menghubungi Anda untuk meminta pengalihan hak, bukan
menghubungi ISV untuk produk yang ditransfer, sebaiknya Anda
meminta mereka untuk meminta ISV membuat permintaan pengalihan hak.
Setelah semua pihak yang terlibat menyetujui transfer hak, Google
akan menyelesaikan pemrosesan transfer, dengan memindahkan hak seperti yang diminta.
Setelah transfer hak selesai, Google akan mengirimkan email kepada Anda untuk memberitahukan bahwa transfer berhasil diselesaikan.

Setelah Google memproses permintaan transfer hak pelanggan, Google akan mengirimkan
email kepada Anda untuk mengonfirmasi detail transfer hak dan meminta
Anda membalas email tersebut untuk menyetujui transfer. Agar transfer dapat dilanjutkan, Anda
harus membalas email dengan menyetujui permintaan transfer.
Setelah semua entitas yang terlibat membalas untuk menyetujui transfer, transfer akan dilanjutkan.

Your customer tells you, or the ISV offering the product that they've\n ordered, that they want to transfer an order in one of the following ways:\n\n - Changing an active direct order to go through you as a reseller.\n\n - Changing an active order with you into a direct order through\n Cloud Marketplace.\n\n - Changing which reseller an active order goes through.\n\n If the customer contacts you to request an entitlement transfer instead of\n contacting the ISV for the product being transferred, we recommend that you\n tell them to ask the ISV to create the entitlement transfer request.\n2. The ISV for the product being transferred\n [uses Partner Support Desk to request an entitlement transfer](/marketplace/docs/partners/resell/request-entitlement-transfers)\n for the customer.\n\n3. Google processes the entitlement transfer request internally.\n\n4. Google sends emails confirming details of the entitlement transfer to all\n involved parties.\n\n5. Each involved party responds to the email to\n [approve the entitlement transfer](#approve-transfer).\n\n6. After all involved parties have approved the entitlement transfer, Google\n completes processing the transfer, moving the entitlements as requested.\n\n7. After the entitlement transfer is complete, Google sends you an email to let\n you know that the transfer completed successfully.\n\nApprove an entitlement transfer for a customer\n----------------------------------------------\n\nAfter Google processes the customer's entitlement transfer request, Google sends\nyou an email confirming details of the entitlement transfer and requesting that\nyou reply to the email to approve the transfer. For the transfer to proceed, you\nmust reply to the email with your approval of the transfer request.\n\nAfter all of the entities involved have replied to approve the transfer, the\ntransfer proceeds."]]
