Artikel ini menjelaskan cara mengaktifkan persetujuan penawaran otomatis untuk produk SaaS
yang dijual sebagai penawaran pribadi.
Saat pelanggan membeli penawaran pribadi,
Google akan membuat hak, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan telah membeli
penawaran dari Cloud Marketplace. Secara default, Anda harus
menyetujui hak
sebelum penawaran menjadi aktif, dan penawaran akan aktif segera setelah
penawaran disetujui. Saat mengaktifkan persetujuan penawaran otomatis untuk produk SaaS,
Anda dapat
menjadwalkan tanggal mulai tertentu untuk penawaran saat membuat penawaran,
atau mengaktifkan penawaran agar segera berlaku setelah disetujui oleh pelanggan.
Sebelum memulai
Produk Anda harus terintegrasi dengan Cloud Marketplace.
Untuk Google Cloud project tempat Anda mengelola produk, Anda harus memiliki
peran Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Editor (roles/editor).

Mengaktifkan persetujuan penawaran otomatis
Untuk mengaktifkan persetujuan penawaran otomatis untuk satu atau beberapa produk SaaS Cloud Marketplace Anda, selesaikan langkah-langkah berikut:
Di Google Cloud console, buka halaman Penawaran Pribadi
Producer Portal.
Di bagian Aktifkan persetujuan penawaran otomatis, Anda akan menemukan daftar produk SaaS
yang memenuhi syarat. Pilih produk yang ingin Anda aktifkan persetujuan otomatisnya.
Di bagian Perbarui integrasi dengan Partner Procurement API, centang
kotak untuk memverifikasi bahwa Anda telah memperbarui integrasi backend untuk
produk yang dipilih guna
mengelola hak dengan persetujuan penawaran otomatis.
Klik Aktifkan persetujuan otomatis.
Setelah mengaktifkan persetujuan otomatis, Anda harus
menggunakan akun penagihan pengujian untuk
menguji pembelian produk melalui penawaran pribadi.

By default, you must\n[approve the entitlement](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/manage-entitlements)\nbefore the offer becomes active, and the offer becomes active as soon as the\noffer is approved. When you turn on automatic offer approval for a SaaS product,\nyou can\n[schedule a specific start date for the offer when you create the offer](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/set-up-pricing-model#pricing_and_payment_details),\nor enable offers to take effect immediately upon acceptance by a customer.\n\nBefore you begin\n----------------\n\n- Your product must be integrated with Cloud Marketplace.\n\n- For the Google Cloud project where you manage your products, you must have\n the Project Editor (`roles/editor`) Identity and Access Management (IAM) role.\n\n If you don't have this role, request access from a Project Owner\n (`roles/owner`). For details on granting access, see the IAM\n documentation on\n [Granting, changing, and revoking access to resources](/iam/docs/granting-changing-revoking-access).\n\nTurn on automatic offer approval\n--------------------------------\n\nTo turn on automatic offer approval for one or more of your\nCloud Marketplace SaaS products, complete the following steps:\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, go to Producer Portal's **Private Offers**\n page.\n\n ```\n https://console.cloud.google.com/producer-portal/private-offers\n ```\n2. Click **Settings**.\n\n3. Under **Activate automatic offer approval**, you find a list of eligible SaaS\n products. Select the product or products that you want to turn on automatic\n approval for.\n\n | **Caution:** After you've turned on automatic offer approval for a SaaS product, you can't turn off automatic offer approval for that product.\n4. Under **Update the integration with the Partner Procurement API** , select\n the checkbox to verify that you've updated your backend integration for the\n selected products to\n [manage entitlements with automatic offer approval](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/manage-entitlements-automatic-approval).\n\n5. Click **Activate automatic approval**.\n\n6.
