Setelah membagikan aset Looker Studio (laporan atau sumber data), Anda dapat berhenti membagikannya kapan saja. Jika Anda adalah pemilik aset, Anda juga dapat mencegah seseorang yang menerima pembagian aset:
Membagikan aset tersebut kepada orang lain.
Mengubah izin akses untuk orang atau grup lain.
Menyalin atau mencetak laporan atau sumber data.
Mengekspor data dari diagram dalam laporan.
Berhenti membagikan laporan atau sumber data
Jika Anda membagikan laporan atau sumber data ke orang lain, pemilik atau siapa pun yang memiliki akses edit dapat mengubah setelan berbagi untuk item tersebut.
Jelajahi atau telusuri aset yang ingin Anda hentikan pembagiannya.
Klik Lainnya.
Klik Bagikan.
Klik Lanjutan di jendela Bagikan dengan orang lain.
Klik menu di samping orang yang tidak ingin Anda beri akses lagi, lalu klik Hapus.
Klik Simpan perubahan.
Berhenti membagikan link ke aset
Jika Anda berhenti membagikan link ke aset, satu-satunya orang yang masih dapat melihat aset tersebut adalah Anda dan orang yang nama atau alamat emailnya Anda sertakan dalam berbagi aset.
Jelajahi atau telusuri aset yang link-nya ingin Anda hentikan pembagiannya.
Klik Lainnya.
Klik Bagikan.
klik Lanjutan di jendela Bagikan dengan orang lain.
Di samping Siapa saja yang memiliki link, klik panah bawah .
Klik Lainnya.
Klik lingkaran di samping Nonaktif - Orang tertentu.
Klik Simpan.
Klik Selesai.
Menghapus aset bersama
Jika Anda menghapus aset yang dibagikan yang Anda miliki:
Orang yang dapat melihat atau mengedit aset dapat membuat salinan hingga Anda menghapusnya secara permanen.
Untuk menghapus aset secara permanen, klik aset di tempat sampah, lalu klik deleteHapus.
Jika Anda menghapus aset bersama yang bukan milik Anda, aset tersebut akan dihapus dari daftar Anda di Looker Studio, tetapi orang lain tetap dapat mengaksesnya.
Mencegah orang lain membagikan aset Anda
Tidak mengizinkan orang lain mendownload, mencetak, atau menyalin aset Anda
Secara default, orang yang dapat mengedit aset yang dibagikan dapat:
Membagikan aset tersebut dengan orang lain.
Menambahkan atau menghapus orang tertentu.
Menyalin, mencetak, atau mendownload aset tersebut.
Untuk mencegah editor dan pelihat mendownload, mencetak, atau menyalin aset Anda, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:
Jelajahi atau telusuri aset yang link-nya ingin Anda hentikan pembagiannya.
Klik Lainnya.
Klik Bagikan.
Klik Lanjutan.
Centang kotak di samping "Nonaktifkan opsi untuk mendownload, mencetak, dan menyalin bagi pelihat".
Klik Simpan perubahan.
Klik Selesai.
Mencegah orang lain membagikan aset Anda
Jika Anda membagikan aset, pemilik atau siapa pun yang memiliki akses edit dapat mengubah setelan berbagi untuk aset tersebut. Untuk memastikan hanya Anda yang dapat membagikannya:
