Untuk mendistribusikan laporan Looker Studio dengan membagikan melalui alamat email, Google Grup, atau link publik, pelihat harus mengunjungi situs Looker Studio untuk melihat laporan lengkap. Di sisi lain, sematan memungkinkan Anda menyertakan laporan di halaman Anda sendiri, sehingga memudahkan Anda dalam memperjelas data seluas mungkin.
Cara kerja penyematan
Anda dapat menyematkan laporan di situs atau aplikasi apa pun yang mendukung tag iframe HTML.
Kode iframe menyertakan link ke laporan Anda, dan dibuat otomatis oleh Looker Studio. Pengetahuan tentang HTML tidak diperlukan.
Anda juga dapat menyematkan di situs Google baru, dan di situs apa pun yang menggunakan format oEmbed.
Anda dapat menyematkan laporan publik dan pribadi:
Jika laporan dibagikan kepada publik, siapa pun yang melihat halaman Anda dapat melihat laporan tersemat.
Jika laporan dibagikan dengan pengguna, grup, atau domain tertentu, hanya orang tersebut yang dapat melihat laporan tersemat. Penonton ini harus login ke akun Google.
Laporan tersemat muncul dalam mode tampilan.
Laporan tersemat bersifat fungsional dan interaktif: filter dan kontrol rentang tanggal berfungsi seperti biasa. Namun, pengguna tidak dapat mengedit, menyalin, atau membagikan laporan karena tidak ada panel menu.
Pelihat tidak dapat memuat ulang data dalam laporan tersemat secara manual. (Data akan otomatis dimuat ulang saat batas keaktualan data berakhir masa berlakunya.)
Navigasi halaman untuk laporan multi-halaman muncul di bagian bawah laporan.
Pelihat dapat mengklik link di bagian bawah laporan untuk melihatnya di Looker Studio.
Laporan tersemat selalu berisi opsi layar penuh dan watermark Looker Studio. Anda tidak dapat menghapusnya.
Untuk laporan publik, gunakan opsi berbagi link "Publik di web" atau "Siapa saja yang memiliki link dapat melihat"
Untuk laporan pribadi, masukkan satu atau beberapa pengguna atau Google Grup
Pengguna Google Workspace: Untuk membatasi laporan ke pengguna di domain Anda, aktifkan berbagi link dan pilih "Siapa saja di [domain] yang memiliki link dapat melihat"
Pilih File > Sematkan laporan, atau di kanan atas, klik Sematkan.
Klik Aktifkan penyematan untuk membuka kotak dialog.
Pastikan opsi Kode Tersemat dipilih. Kode iframe muncul di area teks.
(Opsional) Sesuaikan ukuran iframe menggunakan kontrol lebar dan tinggi

Edit sumber HTML halaman tempat Anda ingin menyematkan laporan. Tempelkan kode iframe di tempat Anda ingin laporan tersebut muncul.
Menyematkan di Google Sites
Anda dapat menyematkan laporan Looker Studio di Google Sites menggunakan opsi URL Tersemat:
Ikuti langkah 1 hingga 5 di atas.
Pilih URL Tersemat.
Klik SALIN KE PAPAN KLIP.
Edit Situs Google Anda.
Di kanan atas, klik URL Tersemat.
Tempelkan URL ke dialog Sematkan dari web.
Klik INSERT.
Menyematkan menggunakan oEmbed
oEmbed adalah format untuk memungkinkan representasi tersemat dari URL di situs pihak ketiga. Banyak platform media sosial yang populer, seperti Reddit dan Medium, menggunakan oEmbed. Anda dapat menyematkan laporan Looker Studio di situs ini.
Anda dapat menyematkan laporan Looker Studio menggunakan opsi URL sematan:

Pilih URL Tersemat.
Klik SALIN KE PAPAN KLIP.
Di situs target, tempelkan URL yang baru saja Anda salin sebagai URL penyematan.
Pilih File > Sematkan laporan, atau di kanan atas, klik Sematkan.
Hapus centang Aktifkan penyematan.
Anda masih dapat melihat laporan di Looker Studio, tetapi laporan tidak akan muncul lagi di situs tersemat.
Mengaktifkan navigasi halaman kustom
Secara default, navigasi halaman muncul di bagian bawah laporan tersemat yang memiliki beberapa halaman. Untuk mengaktifkan navigasi halaman kustom, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:
