For details, visit\n[Create a private offer plan](/marketplace/docs/partners/resell/reseller-private-offer-plans).\n\nFor information about how to resell Cloud Marketplace products, visit\n[Resell Cloud Marketplace products from ISVs](/marketplace/docs/partners/resell).\n\nTurn on reselling for your products\n-----------------------------------\n\nIf you want resellers to be able to resell your Cloud Marketplace products,\nyou must turn on reselling for all of your Cloud Marketplace products. If\nyou don't turn on reselling, resellers can't use resold customer subaccounts\nlinked to their reseller Cloud Billing account to purchase your\nCloud Marketplace products.\n\nTo turn on reselling for your products, you might need to sign an amendment to\nthe\n[Google Cloud Marketplace Vendor Agreement](/marketplace/docs/partners/offer-products#vendor-agreement).\nConsult with your Business Development representative to confirm that\n[your Google Cloud Marketplace Vendor Agreement](https://partners.cloud.google.com/marketplace-vendor-agreement)\nincludes the necessary terms to enable reselling for your products.\n\nWhen you turn on reselling for the first time, all current resellers are added\nto the list of allowed resellers for your products. While you have reselling\nturned on, by default, all new resellers are automatically added to the list of\nallowed resellers for your products. For resold customers, the company name\nand address that appear are those of the reseller.
