Parâmetros
X: um campo ou uma expressão de qualquer tipo.
start_index: a posição no começo da string que inicia a extração.
length: o número de caracteres a serem extraídos.
Observações
O primeiro caractere de um campo está no índice 1.
Para começar a extrair do fim da string, use um índice negativo. O último caractere de uma string está no índice -1, o penúltimo, em -2 e assim por diante.
