Depending on your role, you can also add people from your organization as members of that team workspace and manage the roles of team workspace members.\n\nAdd or remove team workspace assets\n-----------------------------------\n\nYou can move a Looker Studio asset (a report or a data source) from [Owned by me](/looker/docs/studio/owned-by-me) or from a [Sandbox](/looker/docs/studio/sandbox) to a team workspace. If you have the appropriate role for a team workspace, you can also move an asset either from that team workspace into another team workspace or into a Sandbox or **Owned by me**.\n\nIf you have the appropriate role, you can also remove assets from a team workspace.\n\n### Access to assets within team workspaces\n\nWhen you move an asset into a team workspace from **Owned by me**, from a Sandbox, or from a different team workspace, all the members of the new team workspace have access to view and edit that asset.\n\u003e When you move an asset from one team workspace into another, people who are not members of the new team workspace will lose access to that asset unless you provide them with access at the level of the individual report or data source.\n\n### Create an asset in a team workspace\n\nTo create a report or a data source in a team workspace, follow these steps:\n\n1. Click the name of the team workspace, and choose **Create a new report** or **Create a new datasource**.\n2. Follow the instructions for using the report editor to [create a new report](/looker/docs/studio/create-a-report) or for [creating a reusable data source](/looker/docs/studio/add-data-to-a-report).\n\n### Move assets to a new location\n\nYou can move assets among team workspaces, your Sandbox, and **Owned by me**.\n\n#### Move a single asset\n\nTo move a single asset into a new location, follow these steps:\n\n1. Navigate to the location that contains the report or data source that you want to move.\n\n2. Hover over the report or data source until the **More options** more_vert menu appears.\n\n3. Click **More options** more_vert, and select **Move to**.\n\n4. In the dialog, select a new destination for the asset.\n\n5. Click **Next**.\n\n6. In the **Move items?** dialog, click **Move** to move the asset to the new team workspace.\n\n#### Move multiple assets\n\nTo move multiple assets at once, follow these steps:\n\n1. Navigate to the location that contains the assets that you want to move.\n\n2. Click an asset that you want to move. To select multiple adjacent assets, hold down the Shift key and click the assets. To select multiple non-adjacent assets, hold down the Ctrl key (PC) or the command key (Mac) and click the assets.\n\n3. Click **Move selected items** logout.\n\n4. In the drop-down list, select a new destination for the assets.\n\n5. Click **Next**.\n\n6. In the **Move items?** dialog, click **Confirm** to move the assets to the new team workspace.\n\n### Remove assets\n\nYou can remove a single asset or multiple assets at once.\n\n#### Remove a single asset\n\nTo remove a single asset from a team workspace, follow these steps:\n\n1. Navigate to the team workspace that contains the report or data source that you want to remove.\n2. Hover over the report or data source until the **More options** more_vert menu appears.\n3. Navigate to the team workspace that contains the assets that you want to remove.\n2. To select multiple adjacent assets, hold down the Shift key and click the assets. In the **Move items to the trash?** dialog, click **Confirm** to move the assets to the trash.\n\nManage team workspace membership and roles\n------------------------------------------\n\nIf you have the Content manager or Manager [team workspace role](/looker/docs/studio/roles-and-permissions), you can add and remove people as members of a team workspace and edit the roles of team workspace members.\n\nTo edit team workspace membership, follow these steps:\n\n1. Click the name of the team workspace, and choose **Manage members**.\n\n2. In the **Add people and groups** text field within the **Share with people and groups** window, enter the email addresses for any users or groups that you want to add to the team workspace.\n\n3. In the drop-down menu to the right of **Add people and groups** , select the role that you would like to assign to that member or group. To remove the member from the team workspace, select **Remove access**.\n\n4.
