[Create a new offer](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/create-private-offers).\n\n2. [Add customer and product details](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/add-offer-details)\n to the offer.\n\n3. [Set up pricing](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/set-up-pricing-model)\n for your offer.\n\n4. [Specify the legal terms](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/select-eula) for\n your offer.\n\nReview your offer\n-----------------\n\nTo review your offer:\n\n1. In Producer Portal, navigate to the private offer that you're\n creating.\n\n2. Confirm the details of your offer. You don't see a calculated value for\n **Deal Vendor Net Revenue Percentage**, but the calculated value appears\n after you publish the offer.\n\n3. To see how the offer displays to the customer, click **More actions** . In\n the menu that appears, click **See customer's view**.\n\nPublish your offer\n------------------\n\n| **Note:** You can't delete or modify an offer after you publish it. If you want to delete or modify a published offer, you must instead create a new offer to replace it.\n\nFor some offers, Cloud Marketplace requires that Google review and approve\nthe offer before you publish it. This might take up to 24 hours. To see whether\nGoogle must review your offer, navigate to the offer in\nProducer Portal. If the\n[Vendor Net Revenue Schedule](/terms/marketplace-revenue-share-schedule) applies\nto the offer, then Google must review and approve the offer if the following\ncriteria are true:\n\n- The total contract value (TCV) is greater than US$10,000,000.\n- When the offer is created, the deal type field has one of the following values:\n - `native renewal`\n - `channel shift`\n - `migration`\n\n| **Note:** Starting April 21, 2025, Google Cloud Marketplace calculates revenue share percentage for Cloud Marketplace transactions in accordance with the [Vendor Net Revenue Schedule](/terms/marketplace-revenue-share-schedule), where applicable. For more information, see [Overview of the Vendor Net Revenue Schedule](/marketplace/docs/partners/migrations/variable-revenue-share).\n\nIf Cloud Marketplace requires that Google review and approve your offer,\nyou see a **Continue** button. To submit your offer for review, click the\n**Continue** button. After you've clicked the button, the offer's status changes\nto `Pending Google Approval` until Google reviews the offer. After Google has\nreviewed and approved your offer, the offer's status changes to `Created`.\n\nIf Cloud Marketplace doesn't require that Google review and approve your\noffer, you see a **Publish** button. To publish your offer, click the\n**Publish** button. The offer publishes immediately after you click the button.\n\n### View the offer's revenue share\n\nAfter you publish the offer, the applicable revenue share appears in the\n**Deal Vendor Net Revenue Percentage** field. For offers with auto-renew turned\non, the **Auto-renew** section shows the revenue share that applies to the\nrenewal term of the offer after the offer automatically renews.\n| **Note:** In some cases, the revenue share might be marked as an estimate. This happens for offers with start dates based on customer acceptance that have proration turned on.
