NAME: gcloud resource-manager tags bindings - create and manipulate TagBindings
SYNOPSIS: gcloud resource-manager tags bindings COMMAND [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG …]
DESCRIPTION: The Resource Manager Service gives you centralized and programmatic control over your organization or project's Tags. As the tag administrator, you will be able to create and configure restrictions across the tags in your organization or projects. As the tag user, you will be able to attach TagValues to different resources as a TagBinding.
GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS: These flags are available to all commands: --help.
Run $ gcloud help for details.
COMMANDS: COMMAND is one of the following:

create

Creates a TagBinding resource.

delete

Deletes a TagBinding.

list

Lists TagBindings bound to the specified resource.
