- Short name or ID of the firewall policy to start a new rollout of.

- Organization in which the organization firewall policy to start the rollout of resides. Must be set if firewall-policy is short name.

To start rollout of a firewall policy, the user must have the following
permission:
compute.firewallPolicies.update
,compute.firewallPolicies.use', *'compute.organizations.setFirewallPolicy'.
