Profil percakapan memberikan beberapa karakteristik penting tentang percakapan
antara pengguna akhir dan agen. Agen dapat dibuat bersama dengan
integrasi Gateway Telepon Dialogflow CX
atau Agent Assist.
Profil percakapan Gateway Telepon Dialogflow CX relevan jika Anda ingin menggunakan
Pendamping panggilan.
Profil percakapan Agent Assist dapat ditautkan ke
Agen Percakapan (Dialogflow CX) atau agen Dialogflow ES di
konsol Agent Assist.
Untuk melihat daftar profil percakapan yang telah dibuat untuk
agen dan membuat profil baru, klik tab Kelola, lalu
Profil percakapan. Agen Anda harus berada di wilayah global. Jika tidak, opsi Profil percakapan tidak akan muncul di menu.
Kolom berikut diperlukan untuk membuat profil percakapan baru
yang terkait dengan agen:
Nama tampilan: Nama tampilan untuk profil percakapan.
Bahasa: Bahasa untuk profil percakapan.
Aktifkan pendamping panggilan: Aktifkan opsi ini untuk menggunakan pendamping panggilan untuk Gateway
Telepon Dialogflow. Anda dapat membuat profil percakapan tanpa mengaktifkan
kolom ini, tetapi profil percakapan hanya akan tersedia untuk digunakan
dengan Agent Assist, bukan agen Agen Percakapan (Dialogflow CX).
