Dasbor Biaya yang Diproyeksikan adalah alat pengelolaan yang memungkinkan Anda mengantisipasi biaya SKU mendatang untuk invoice Anda. Anda dapat memfilter dasbor untuk melihat biaya proyeksi kustom SKU tertentu melalui surat perintah tugas (TO), nomor item baris kontrak (CLIN), dan bulan.
Untuk mendapatkan izin yang diperlukan untuk melihat dasbor Biaya yang Diproyeksikan, minta Admin IAM Organisasi Anda untuk memberi Anda peran pelihat project yang sesuai untuk project platform-obs.
Untuk mengakses dasbor Biaya yang Diproyeksikan di konsol GDC, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:
Login ke konsol GDC.
Di menu navigasi, pilih Penagihan > Laporan. Halaman Laporan
penagihan akan terbuka.
Di bagian Proyeksi biaya, klik Lihat di Dasbor untuk membuka
dasbor Invoice.
Dasbor Biaya yang Diproyeksikan memberikan nilai unik untuk melihat biaya mendatang melalui Tabel Biaya yang Diproyeksikan. Tabel Proyeksi Biaya
berisi kolom berikut:

ID dan deskripsi resource.
Total yang Diproyeksikan
Total proyeksi untuk setiap SKU item baris.
Total Biaya yang Diproyeksikan (USD)
Total biaya kumulatif yang diproyeksikan dalam USD untuk semua SKU yang muncul di dasbor.
Untuk memfilter nilai dalam Projected Cost Table, pilih item berikut di menu:
SKU: drop-down yang memungkinkan Anda memilih SKU yang akan dilihat. Drop-down ini
secara default disetel ke Semua.
Task Order - CLIN: drop-down yang memungkinkan Anda memilih nomor item baris kontrak dan perintah tugas tertentu untuk dilihat. Drop-down ini secara default ditetapkan ke Semua.
Bulan: kolom input untuk menambahkan jumlah bulan yang ingin Anda lihat. Misalnya, 1 menampilkan biaya satu bulan untuk SKU tertentu, sedangkan 2
menampilkan nilai dua bulan.
Setelah memilih nilai unik di menu, Anda akan melihat dasbor Biaya yang Diproyeksikan diperbarui ke biaya mendatang dari kumpulan SKU.
