Imports a SlaDefinitions.

Required. The instance into which SlaDefinitions should be imported. Format: projects/{project}/locations/{location}/instances/{instance}/slaDefinitions

Required. The CSV file content containing SlaDefinitions to import.

A base64-encoded string.
