Import email templates from file stream.

Required. The instance to list EmailTemplates for. Format: projects/{project}/locations/{location}/instances/{instance}

Required. The data to import. This is a csv file as base64 encoded string.
overrideExistingRecords

boolean

Required. A boolean flag to determine whether to override existing custom lists during import.

If successful, the response body is an empty JSON object.
