Hal yang perlu diketahui tentang mendownload diagram dan laporan
Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diketahui tentang mendownload diagram dan laporan di Looker:
Diagram individual hanya dapat didownload dalam format gaya CSV atau Excel.
Seluruh laporan hanya dapat didownload dalam format PDF.
Batas untuk download data bagi pengguna, termasuk yang memiliki izin download_without_limit, adalah 5.000 baris.
Jika link laporan disertakan dalam PDF yang didownload, pengguna akan diarahkan ke laporan tertentu tersebut dalam Looker. Pengguna harus memiliki akses ke folder tempat laporan disimpan untuk melihat laporan di Looker.
Jika pengguna tidak diberi izin yang diperlukan, mereka tidak akan melihat opsi untuk mendownload konten.
Jika pengguna tidak memiliki akses model yang diperlukan ke data Looker dalam laporan, data tersebut tidak akan disertakan dalam download.
Mendownload diagram satu per satu
Untuk mendownload konten dari masing-masing diagram dalam format CSV atau Excel, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:
Buka laporan yang berisi data yang ingin Anda download.
Klik menu tiga titik more_vert pada diagram.
Klik Ekspor untuk membuka dialog Ekspor data.
Pada dialog Ekspor data, masukkan nama untuk download di kolom Nama.
Pilih opsi di bagian Ekspor sebagai. Opsinya meliputi:
CSV
CSV (Excel)
Google Spreadsheet
Klik kotak centang check_boxPertahankan format nilai untuk meneruskan setelan format nilai dari diagram ke file yang diekspor.
Klik Ekspor untuk mengekspor file, atau klik Batal untuk menutup dialog.
Mendownload seluruh laporan
Untuk mendownload seluruh laporan sebagai PDF, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:
Buka laporan yang berisi data yang ingin Anda download.
Klik group_addBagikan di banner laporan.
Klik downloadDownload untuk membuka dialog Download sebagai PDF.
Klik kotak centang check_box untuk mengaktifkan atau menonaktifkan setelan ekspor berikut:
Abaikan warna latar belakang kustom: Pilih opsi ini untuk mengganti setelan warna latar belakang apa pun pada laporan.
Tambahkan link kembali ke laporan: Pilih opsi ini untuk menyertakan link ke laporan di Looker. Lihat bagian Hal yang perlu diketahui tentang mendownload diagram dan laporan di halaman ini untuk mengetahui informasi selengkapnya tentang menyertakan link dalam download.
Lindungi laporan dengan sandi: Pilih opsi ini untuk menyetel sandi untuk file PDF.
Klik Download untuk mendownload PDF, atau klik Batalkan untuk menutup dialog.

Read the following sections to learn about these concepts:\n\n- [Requirements](#requirements)\n- [Things to know about downloading charts and reports](#things-to-know-about-downloading-charts-and-reports)\n- [Download individual charts](#download-individual-charts)\n- [Download entire reports](#download-entire-reports)\n\nRequirements\n------------\n\nTo download charts and reports, users must have either the [Looker **Admin** role](/looker/docs/admin-panel-users-roles#admin) or the following content and data access:\n\n- One of the following types of access to the folder in which a report is saved:\n - View\n - Manage Access, Edit\n - The [`download_with_limit` or `download_without_limit` permission](/looker/docs/overview-of-studio-in-looker-permissions)\n- Access to the underlying [LookML model](/looker/docs/admin-panel-users-roles#model_sets), if a chart or report includes a Looker data source\n\nFor more information about content access and permissions, see [Controlling user content access](/looker/docs/access-control-and-permission-management#controlling_user_content_access) and [How content access and permissions interact](/looker/docs/access-control-and-permission-management#how_content_access_and_permissions_interact).\n\nIf you want to change the access level settings for a folder, see [Viewing and managing folder access levels](/looker/docs/organizing-spaces#viewing_and_managing_folder_access_levels).\n\nThings to know about downloading charts and reports\n---------------------------------------------------\n\nThere are several things to know about downloading charts and reports in Looker:\n\n- Individual charts can be downloaded only in CSV or Excel style formats.\n- Entire reports can be downloaded only in PDF format.\n- The limit for data downloads for users, including those with the `download_without_limit` permission, is 5,000 rows.\n- When a report link is included in a downloaded PDF, users will be directed to that specific report within Looker. Users *must* have access to the folder in which the report is saved to view the report in Looker.\n- If a user is not granted the [required permissions](#requirements), they won't see the option to download content.\n- If a user does not have the [required model access](#requirements) to Looker data on a report, that data won't be included in downloads.\n\nDownload individual charts\n--------------------------\n\nTo download content from an individual chart in CSV or Excel format, follow these steps:\n\n1. Open the report that contains the data that you want to download.\n2. Click the chart's more_vert three-dot menu.\n3. Click **Export** to open the **Export data** dialog.\n4. In the **Export data** dialog, enter a name for the download in the **Name** field.\n5. Choose an option in the **Export as** section. The options include the following:\n\n - CSV\n - CSV (Excel)\n - Google Sheets\n\n | **Important:** Users will see the **Google Sheets** export option only if they are logged in to the instance with the Google OAuth authentication method.\n6. Click the check_box **Keep value formatting** checkbox to carry over the value format settings from the chart to the exported file.\n\n7. Click **Export** to export the file, or click **Cancel** to close the dialog.\n\nDownload entire reports\n-----------------------\n\nTo download an entire report as a PDF, follow these steps:\n\n1. Open the report that contains the data that you want to download.\n2. Click group_add **Share** in the report banner.\n3. Click download **Download** to open the **Download as PDF** dialog.\n4. Click the check_box checkboxes to enable or disable the following export settings:\n\n - **Ignore custom background color**: Select this option to override any background color settings on the report.\n - **Add a link back to the report** : Select this option to include a link to the report in Looker. See the [Things to know about downloading charts and reports](#things-to-know-about-downloading-charts-and-reports) section on this page for more information about including links in downloads.\n - **Password protect report**: Select this option to set a password for the PDF file.\n\n | **Note:** The name of the report will be the name of the PDF file.\n5.
