Les agents prédéfinis sont un ensemble d'agents fournis par les agents de conversation (Dialogflow CX) pour les cas d'utilisation courants. Ces agents peuvent servir de base à la création de conversations. Dans les agents de conversation (Dialogflow CX), vous trouverez des cas d'utilisation populaires dans tous les secteurs, tels que les télécommunications, les services financiers, la santé, le commerce et le tourisme. Des agents prédéfinis génératifs sont également disponibles avec un accès limité, qui illustrent les cas d'utilisation courants implémentés à l'aide de fonctionnalités génératives.
Les agents prédéfinis incluent les intents et les entités pour leurs cas d'utilisation, mais vous devez modifier l'exemple groupes de routes et fulfillment (le cas échéant).

Importer un agent prédéfini
Pour importer un agent prédéfini dans votre projet, procédez comme suit :
- Accédez à la console Dialogflow CX.
- Cliquez sur le projet dans lequel vous souhaitez importer l'agent prédéfini.
- Cliquez sur Use pre-built agents (Utiliser des agents prédéfinis).
- Cliquez sur l'agent qui vous intéresse, puis sur Importer.
- Sélectionnez l'emplacement souhaité, puis cliquez sur Create (Créer).
- Commencez à tester et à personnaliser.
Personnaliser l'agent prédéfini importé
- Testez l'agent à l'aide du simulateur pour comprendre en quoi il peut aider les utilisateurs.
- Cliquez sur l'onglet Gérer dans le volet de gauche, puis sur Scénarios de test pour afficher la couverture et des exemples de scripts. Pour en savoir plus, consultez la documentation sur les cas de test.
- Supprimez les flux qui ne sont pas pertinents pour votre cas d'utilisation.
- Modifiez le dialogue de l'agent et les entités personnalisées pour répondre aux besoins de votre entreprise.

Modifier le code webhook
Certains agents prédéfinis utilisent des webhooks. Le code source du webhook d'origine utilise Node.js et est hébergé dans le projet Cloud Functions interne de Google.
Pour utiliser et modifier ce code dans votre propre projet Cloud Functions, suivez les instructions ci-dessous :
- Accédez à la console Dialogflow CX.
- Cliquez sur le projet dans lequel vous souhaitez importer l'agent prédéfini.
- Cliquez sur Use pre-built agents (Utiliser des agents prédéfinis).
Cliquez sur l'agent qui vous intéresse, puis sur Documentation link (Lien vers la documentation). Vous serez redirigé vers la section d'agent prédéfini appropriée de ce document.
Consultez la sous-section Webhook pour l'agent prédéfini et copiez le code source.
Accédez à la console Google Cloud et sélectionnez Cloud Functions dans le panneau de gauche.
Cliquez sur le projet dans lequel vous souhaitez importer le code source.
Cliquez sur Create Function (Créer une fonction). Pour plus d'informations, consultez la documentation Créer une fonction Cloud.
Dans la section Source code (Code source), sélectionnez Inline editor (Éditeur intégré) et collez le code source copié.
Cliquez sur Source, puis sur Edit (Modifier) pour changer la logique en fonction de vos règles d'entreprise. Cliquez ensuite sur Deploy (Déployer).
Cliquez sur Trigger (Déclencheur) et copiez l'URL du déclencheur.
Remplacez cette URL du déclencheur dans votre agent en accédant à Manage > Webhooks (Gérer > Webhooks), puis en sélectionnant le webhook dans lequel coller la nouvelle URL. Collez l'URL du déclencheur dans le champ "Webhook URL" ("URL du webhook"). Cliquez sur Enregistrer.
À l'aide de la documentation sur les webhooks, testez votre traitement.

Ce modèle aide les utilisateurs finaux à utiliser leurs cartes, vérifie l'état d'une demande et examine les débits suspects.
