Os backups de agentes são snapshots completos dos estados atuais dos agentes. Os agentes de conversação (Dialogflow CX)
criam periodicamente backups para todos os agentes se alguma mudança for feita após
backups anteriores. Também é possível criar backups de agentes manualmente. Ao
restaurar um backup, todo o agente é substituído.
