Meninjau detail error
Untuk meninjau error pendaftaran di CBSD, lakukan hal berikut:
Di halaman Tabel perangkat, pilih CBSD yang menampilkan pemberitahuan warning.
Di sebelah kanan, klik tab Status.
Untuk meninjau kode error, di bagian Status perangkat, klik Pelajari lebih lanjut.
Untuk melihat detail error lagi, klik refreshRefresh.
Masalah penangguhan hibah
Administrator akan menerima notifikasi email saat hibah ditangguhkan.
Di SAS Portal, Anda dapat memverifikasi apakah hibah ditangguhkan dan
mempelajari alasan hibah ditangguhkan.
Untuk mengatasi masalah penangguhan hibah, lakukan tindakan berikut:
Di halaman Tabel perangkat, pilih CBSD yang menampilkan pause_circle_outlineHibah ditangguhkan.
Di sebelah kanan, klik tab Status.
Untuk Hibah aktif, klik expand_moreLuaskan .
Untuk Alasan penangguhan, lihat alasan penangguhan.
ID CPI tidak ada di database CPI
Saat Anda memverifikasi identitas Pemasangan Profesional Bersertifikat (CPI)
dan mendapatkan pesan error yang menyatakan Can't find your CPI-ID in the CPI database,
hal ini karena sertifikat CPI Anda baru saja diterbitkan. Kredensial CPI
baru diambil sekali setiap 24 jam. Jika masalah masih ada setelah

Select **Use my current email address**, and then enter your work email.\n\nIf the issue is not resolved, do the following:\n\n1. Contact the [SAS Portal administrator](/spectrum-access-system/docs/getting-support) to add your Google Account to the SAS Portal.\n2. Open the [SAS Portal](https://wirelessconnectivity.google.com/sas).\n3. If you have multiple Google Accounts, the SAS Portal automatically logs you in with your default Google Account.\n5. An alert appears when a CBSD fails to\nregister with SAS. For more information about SAS response codes\nreturned to the CBSD or [Domain Proxy (DP)](/spectrum-access-system/docs/key-terms#dp),\nsee the [SAS error code troubleshooting matrix](/spectrum-access-system/docs/cbsd/errors-grant-suspension#troubleshooting-matrix).\n\n### Review error details\n\nTo review the registration errors in your CBSD, do the following:\n\n1. Open the [SAS Portal](https://wirelessconnectivity.google.com/sas).\n2. Click **View deployments**.\n3. Select the deployment, and then click **Open**.\n4. Click *table_chart* **Table view**.\n5. On the **Device table** page, select a CBSD that displays an alert *warning*.\n6. On the right, click the **Status** tab.\n 1. To review the error code, in the **Device state** section, click **Learn more**.\n 2. To view the error details again, click *refresh* **Refresh**.\n\nGrant suspension issue\n----------------------\n\nAn administrator receives email notifications when the [grants](/spectrum-access-system/docs/key-terms#grant) are suspended.\nIn the SAS Portal, you can verify if a grant is suspended and\nlearn why a grant was suspended.\n\nTo resolve a grant suspension issue, do the following:\n\n1. Open the [SAS Portal](https://wirelessconnectivity.google.com/sas).\n2. Click **View deployments**.\n3. Select the deployment, and then click **Open**.\n4. Click *table_chart* **Table view**.\n5. On the **Device table** page, select a CBSD that displays *pause_circle_outline* **Suspended grant**.\n6. On the right, click the **Status** tab.\n7. For **Active grants** , click *expand_more* **Expand** .\n8. For **Suspension reason**, view the reason for the suspension.\n\nMissing CPI ID in the CPI database\n----------------------------------\n\nWhen you verify your [Certified Professional Installer (CPI)](/spectrum-access-system/docs/key-terms#cpi)\nidentity and get an error message that states `Can't find your CPI-ID in the CPI database`,\nit's because your CPI certificate was issued recently. New CPI\ncredentials are retrieved once every 24 hours. If the issue still exists after\n24 hours, contact the organization that conducted your CPI training.
