Google Cloud Marketplace mendukung dua model transaksi berikut:
Model agensi: Berdasarkan model agensi, Google bertindak sebagai agen untuk
vendor yang menawarkan produk melalui Cloud Marketplace. Google
memfasilitasi dan memproses transaksi, tetapi vendor produk adalah

menjual produk kepada Anda secara langsung.
Jika Anda melakukan transaksi melalui Cloud Marketplace yang memenuhi
persyaratan model agensi (dijelaskan
di bawah pada halaman ini), Cloud Marketplace akan menggunakan
model agensi untuk transaksi tersebut. Jika tidak, Cloud Marketplace akan menggunakan
model Merchant of Record untuk transaksi tersebut.
Saat Anda melakukan transaksi melalui Cloud Marketplace,
Cloud Marketplace akan memberi tahu Anda selama proses pembelian bahwa
Cloud Marketplace menggunakan model agensi atau model Merchant of Record untuk transaksi
tersebut.
Persyaratan untuk melakukan transaksi melalui model agensi
Agar transaksi dapat terjadi melalui model agensi, persyaratan berikut

Anda dan vendor yang menawarkan produk harus berada di

Pemisahan invoice untuk beberapa transaksi model agensi
Untuk transaksi yang memenuhi kriteria berikut, Google akan menagih pembelian produk Cloud Marketplace yang ditawarkan oleh vendor secara terpisah dari pembelian produk Google pihak pertama dan penggunaan layanan Google Cloud:

Google\n facilitates and processes the transaction, but the vendor of the product is\n the Merchant of Record for the transaction. You receive two invoices: one\n for your purchases of Cloud Marketplace products offered by vendors,\n and one for your purchases of first-party Google products and usage of\n Google Cloud services.\n\n- **The Merchant of Record model**: Under the Merchant of Record model, Google\n acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means that Google\n sells the product to you directly.\n\nIf you make a transaction through Cloud Marketplace that meets the\nrequirements of the agency model (described\n[below on this page](#agency-requirements)), Cloud Marketplace uses the\nagency model for that transaction. Otherwise, Cloud Marketplace uses the\nMerchant of Record model for that transaction.\n\nWhen you make a transaction through Cloud Marketplace,\nCloud Marketplace notifies you during the purchasing process that it is\nusing either the agency model or the Merchant of Record model for that\ntransaction.\n\nRequirements to transact through the agency model\n-------------------------------------------------\n\nFor a transaction to occur through the agency model, the following requirements\nmust be met:\n\n- Both you and the vendor who's offering the product must be located in a\n region that Cloud Marketplace supports for the agency model.
