Jika telah membeli produk langsung dari Cloud Marketplace, dan Anda ingin
mengalihkan pesanan agar diproses melalui reseller, Anda dapat menghubungi vendor software independen
(ISV) yang menawarkan produk yang relevan melalui Cloud Marketplace untuk
meminta perubahan tersebut.
Agar permintaan Anda berhasil, permintaan tersebut harus disetujui oleh semua pihak berikut:
Anda, pelanggan yang meminta transfer hak.
Vendor software independen (ISV) yang menawarkan produk melalui
Cloud Marketplace.
Reseller yang berencana Anda ajak bekerja sama untuk membeli
produk Cloud Marketplace.
Transfer hak tidak dijamin dan tunduk pada kelayakan. Proses ini dapat memerlukan waktu seminggu atau lebih hingga selesai, jadi rencanakan dengan baik dan hindari permintaan mendadak.
Penting: Selama proses transfer hak, jangan membeli produk dari penyedia yang sama di Akun Penagihan tujuan. Jika Anda melakukannya, transfer hak akan menjadi tidak mungkin dilakukan.

Menyetujui transfer hak untuk pelanggan
Setelah Google memproses permintaan ISV untuk mentransfer hak Anda, Google akan mengirimkan email kepada Anda yang mengonfirmasi detail transfer hak dan meminta Anda membalas email tersebut untuk menyetujui transfer. Agar transfer dapat dilanjutkan, Anda harus membalas email tersebut dengan menyetujui permintaan transfer.

The process can take a week or more to complete, so please plan accordingly and avoid last-minute requests.\n\n- **Important:** During the entitlement transfer process, do not purchase a product from the same provider in the destination Billing Account. Doing so will make the entitlement transfer infeasible.\n\nOverview\n--------\n\nThe following sequence describes how a customer entitlement transfer request\nworks:\n\n1. You contact the ISV who's offering the product that you've purchased from\n Cloud Marketplace, and tell them that you want to switch your active\n order to go through a reseller.\n\n2. If the ISV approves of this transfer, they request the transfer from Google\n on your behalf.\n\n3. Google processes the entitlement transfer request internally.\n\n4. Google sends emails confirming details of the entitlement transfer to all\n involved parties.\n\n5. Each involved party responds to the email to\n [approve the entitlement transfer](#approve-transfer).\n\n6. After all involved parties have approved the entitlement transfer, Google\n completes processing the transfer, moving the entitlements as requested.\n\n7. After the entitlement transfer is complete, Google sends you an email to let\n you know that the transfer completed successfully.\n\nApprove an entitlement transfer for a customer\n----------------------------------------------\n\nAfter Google processes the ISV's request to transfer your entitlements, Google\nsends you an email confirming details of the entitlement transfer and requesting\nthat you reply to the email to approve the transfer.
