Mit diesem Feature lässt sich die Endnutzererfahrung erheblich aufwerten, da häufig gestellte Fragen außerhalb des Geltungsbereichs Ihres Agents beantwortet werden.
Small Talk ist über zwei Möglichkeiten verfügbar:
Integriertes Small Talk-Feature: Wenn dies für einen Agent aktiviert ist, werden zwanglose Unterhaltungen automatisch verarbeitet, ohne dass dem Agent Intents hinzugefügt werden.
Vordefinierter Small Talk-Agent: Wenn der vordefinierte Small Talk-Agent importiert wird, stellt er Intents für die Verarbeitung von zwanglosen Unterhaltungen bereit.

So aktivieren Sie das integrierte Small Talk-Feature für Ihren Agent:
Klicken Sie im linken Seitenleistenmenü auf Small Talk.
Wählen Sie den Schalter Aktivieren.
Klicken Sie auf Speichern.
Antworten für integriertes Small Talk-Feature anpassen
Nach der Aktivierung können die Antworten des integrierten Small Talk-Features an die Anforderungen Ihrer Marke oder Produkte angepasst werden.
Die Antwortkategorien sind nach Ordnern sortiert.

Click **Save**.\n\n### Customize built-in small talk responses\n\nOnce enabled, built-in small talk responses can be customized\nto fit your branding or product needs.\nEach response category is organized in folders.\nTo customize responses:\n\n1. Go to the [Dialogflow ES console](https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com).\n2. Click **Small talk** in the left sidebar menu.\n3. Click a response category folder.\n4. Add new or edit existing responses.\n5. Click **Save**.\n\n### Built-in small talk limitations\n\nThe following limitations apply to the built-in small talk:\n\n- Only supported for [some languages](/dialogflow/docs/reference/language).\n- Only available for the `global` [region](/dialogflow/es/docs/how/region).\n- Does not work for [mega agents](/dialogflow/docs/agents-mega).\n- Based on [Google Assistant policy](https://developers.google.com/assistant/console/policies/general-policies#user_experience), enabling built-in small talk in its entirety will cause your action to be rejected. You can [import the prebuilt small talk agent](#import-pb) and [update or delete intents](#cust-pb) that do not comply with policy.\n\nPrebuilt small talk\n-------------------\n\n### Import prebuilt small talk agent\n\nTo import the prebuilt small talk agent to your project:\n\n1. Click **Import**.\n5. Either create a new GCP project or choose an existing one.\n6.
