Anda dapat mengupgrade hak menggunakan metode entitlements.changeOffer dengan penawaran untuk SKU yang ingin diupgrade.
Anda tidak dapat mengupgrade langganan Tahunan/Tahun, tetapi Anda dapat
beralih ke Fleksibel menggunakan metode entitlements.changeRenewalSettings, lalu melakukan penyesuaian setelah peristiwa perpanjangan.
Anda dapat mendowngrade hak menggunakan metode
entitlements.changeOffer
dengan penawaran untuk SKU yang ingin Anda downgrade.
Anda tidak dapat mendowngrade hak Tahunan/Bulanan dan Tahunan/Tahunan
selama masa berlaku, dan tidak dapat dilakukan melalui setelan perpanjangan:
downgrade harus dilakukan secara manual pada atau setelah waktu perpanjangan. Sebaiknya

Operasi transfer dan pengalihan SKU tidak dapat digabungkan. Misalnya, jika Anda
memiliki calon pelanggan yang menggunakan Business Starter dan ingin
membeli Enterprise Standard dari Anda, Anda harus mentransfer pelanggan terlebih dahulu
dengan SKU Business Starter yang ada, lalu mengalihkan SKU ke
Enterprise Standard.
Upgrade/downgrade akan memulai hak baru dan menghentikan hak sebelumnya.
Untuk paket komitmen, komitmen baru dimulai saat panggilan ke
entitlements.changeOffer dilakukan,
