Izin diperlukan untuk melihat histori biaya dan pembayaran
Untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang dijelaskan dalam dokumen ini, di akun Penagihan Cloud Anda harus memiliki izin yang diberikan ke Billing Account Viewer.
Melihat histori transaksi
Untuk melihat histori transaksi Anda, akses halaman Transaksi di konsol Penagihan Cloud:
Ketika diminta, pilih akun Penagihan Cloud yang ingin Anda lihat.
Jika akun Penagihan Cloud sebelumnya dikaitkan dengan profil pembayaran Google yang berbeda, klik Lihat akun sebelumnya untuk melihat transaksi yang ditagih ke metode pembayaran sebelumnya.
Di halaman Transaksi, tampilan default-nya adalah tampilan transaksi mendetail dari semua transaksi selama 3 bulan terakhir. Gunakan tombol di halaman ini untuk melakukan salah satu hal berikut:
Pilih tingkat detail yang ingin ditampilkan: Beralih antara Tampilan transaksi detail (default) dan Tampilan ringkasan.
Melihat histori akun berdasarkan jenis transaksi: Pilih jenis transaksi yang ingin Anda lihat. Opsi mencakup Semua transaksi (default), atau Anda dapat memfilter transaksi berdasarkan Biaya, Pembayaran, Penyesuaian (biasanya, kredit apa pun yang diterapkan ke akun Anda), dan Pajak (seperti pajak penjualan atau Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) yang berlaku untuk akun Anda).
Ubah rentang tanggal: Rentang tanggal default adalah 3 bulan terakhir.
Anda dapat memilih salah satu rentang tanggal yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya, seperti Bulan sebelumnya atau Tahun ini, atau pilih Rentang tanggal kustom untuk menetapkan rentang yang Anda inginkan.
Mengakses atau mendownload dokumen
Pada halaman Transaksi, Anda dapat mengakses dan mendownload dokumen yang tersedia (misalnya, invoice atau laporan) atau tanda terima pembayaran.
Dokumen yang dapat diakses dan didownload bergantung pada jenis akun penagihan Anda, serta tampilan dan filter yang ditetapkan pada halaman Transaksi.
Mengakses laporan atau invoice
Di tabel Transaksi, luaskan baris Dokumen untuk melihat dokumen yang tersedia.
Jika dokumen yang tersedia adalah laporan, klik nomor laporan untuk mendownload laporan dalam versi PDF.
Jika dokumen yang tersedia adalah invoice, klik Lihat invoice untuk mengakses halaman Dokumen tempat Anda dapat melihat dan mendownload invoice.
Laporan dan invoice mencakup ringkasan biaya bulanan Anda, tetapi tidak menyertakan perincian detail biaya Anda. Untuk memahami detail biaya yang dicocokkan dengan invoice Anda, termasuk tampilan terperinci biaya bulanan, seperti perincian level project dan biaya menurut sub-akun (untuk reseller), gunakan Laporan tabel biaya Penagihan Cloud. Mengakses tanda terima pembayaran
Di halaman Transaksi, tetapkan tombol di atas tabel untuk mengontrol tampilan dan filter daftar transaksi:
Di drop-down Tampilan, pilih Tampilan transaksi detail.
Di drop-down Jenis transaksi, pilih Pembayaran. Daftar transaksi difilter untuk menampilkan pembayaran yang dilakukan.
Di drop-down Rentang tanggal, tetapkan rentang tanggal sehingga sesuai dengan tanda terima yang ingin Anda lihat.
Dari daftar transaksi, di kolom Deskripsi, klik link Pembayaran untuk melihat tanda terima pembayaran. Tanda terima akan terbuka di jendela browser baru.
Mendownload atau mencetak aktivitas akun
Untuk mendownload CSV aktivitas akun yang ditampilkan di tabel Transaksi, di header tabel, klik Downloadget_app.
Untuk mencetak laporan aktivitas akun yang ditampilkan di tabel Transaksi, di header tabel, klik Cetakprint.

Use the toggles on this page to\ndo any of the following:\n\n- Select level of detail to display: Switch between a **Detailed\n transaction view** (default) and a **Summary view**.\n- View account history by transaction type: Select the type of transactions you want to view. Options include **All transactions** (default), or you can filter transactions by **Costs** , **Payments** , **Adjustments** (usually, any credits applied to your account), and **Taxes** (such as sales tax or Value Added Tax (VAT) that apply to your account).\n- Change the date range: The default date range is **Last 3 months** . You can choose one of the **pre-defined date ranges** , such as **Previous\n month** or **This year** , or select **Custom date range** to set a range you prefer.\n\nAccess or download documents\n----------------------------\n\nOn the **Transactions** page, you can access and download available documents\n(for example,\n[invoices or statements](#get-statement-or-invoice)) or\n[payment receipts](#get-receipt).\nThe documents available to access and download depend on your\n[billing account type](/billing/docs/concepts#billing_account_types),\nas well as the views and filters you set on the **Transactions** page.\n\n### Access statements or invoices\n\n1. In the **Transactions** table, expand the **Documents** row to view\n available documents.\n\n - If the available documents are *statements* , click the **statement\n number** to download a PDF version of the statement.\n - If the available documents are *invoices* , click **View invoices** to access the [**Documents** page](/billing/docs/how-to/get-invoice#invoiced-account) where you can view and download your invoices.\n\n Both statements and invoices include a summary of your monthly costs\n but don't include a breakdown of your cost details. To understand the cost\n details that reconcile to your invoice, including a granular view of your\n monthly costs such as project-level breakdowns and costs by subaccount\n (for resellers), use the Cloud Billing **Cost table report** . On the **Transactions** page, set the toggles above the table to control the view and filter the list of transactions:\n 1. In the **View** drop-down, select **Detailed transaction view**.\n 2. In the **Transaction type** drop-down, select **Payments**. The list of transactions is filtered to display payments made.\n 3. In the **Date range** drop-down, set the **date range** so that it corresponds to the receipts you want to view.\n2. From the list of transactions, in the **Description** column, click the **Payment** link to view the payment receipt.
