Die Agent Assist Console enthält einen Simulator, mit dem Sie die Leistung Ihres Modells in der Vorschau ansehen können, bevor Sie es implementieren. Der Simulator kann mit jeder Agent Assist-Funktion verwendet werden.
In dieser Anleitung wird beschrieben, wie Sie den Agent Assist-Simulator ausführen.
Hinweise
Sie müssen ein Unterhaltungsprofil erstellen, bevor Sie den Simulator verwenden können.
Leistung eines Unterhaltungsprofils testen
1. Rufen Sie die Agent Assist Console auf und klicken Sie links auf der Seite auf die Menüoption Unterhaltungsprofile:
Auf der Seite „Konversationsprofile“ wird eine Liste Ihrer Konversationsprofile angezeigt.
Wenn Sie den Simulator verwenden möchten, klicken Sie ganz rechts neben dem Unterhaltungsprofil, das Sie testen möchten, auf das Dreipunkt-Menü und dann auf Simulator verwenden.
Das daraufhin angezeigte Fenster enthält Eingabefelder für Antworten von sowohl Kunden als auch Kundenservicemitarbeitern. Sie können Unterhaltungsprofile testen, indem Sie Text eingeben und die ausgegebenen Vorschläge bewerten. Wenn Ihr Unterhaltungsprofil so konfiguriert ist, dass Antworten und Artikel vorgeschlagen werden, können Sie einzelne oder alle Features gleichzeitig aktivieren. Klicken Sie dazu oben rechts im Bildschirm der Simulatorseite auf die Schaltfläche Optionen und treffen Sie eine Auswahl.
Testen Sie Ihr Modell, indem Sie Text eingeben. Im folgenden Beispiel wird ein Unterhaltungsprofil getestet, das für die Funktion „Artikel vorschlagen“ konfiguriert ist. Im weiteren Verlauf der Unterhaltung werden rechts auf dem Bildschirm Artikel vorgeschlagen, die mit einem Zeitstempel versehen sind, der der Nachricht entspricht, die den Vorschlag ausgelöst hat:
Bei "Intelligente Antwort"-Modellen werden die vorgeschlagenen Antworten des Kundenservicemitarbeiters in Infofeldern unter der Textleiste Kundenservicemitarbeiter angezeigt. Es werden nur Antworten vorgeschlagen, die in der Zulassungsliste enthalten sind. Sie können die Antwort eines Kundenservicemitarbeiters auswählen, indem Sie auf eines der Infofelder klicken.
Im Laufe der Unterhaltung werden die Antwortvorschläge kontinuierlich aktualisiert:
Die Ergebnisse sind eine Funktion sowohl des Unterhaltungsprofils als auch der Modellparameter.
Wenn Sie die Ergebnisse ändern möchten, nehmen Sie Änderungen am Unterhaltungsprofil und/oder am Modell und der zugehörigen Zulassungsliste vor.
