Kebijakan retensi data memungkinkan Anda menyesuaikan durasi (dalam hari) Translation Hub menyimpan tugas terjemahan yang telah selesai. Misalnya, jika Anda bekerja dengan konten sensitif, Anda dapat menetapkan kebijakan retensi data menjadi satu hari sehingga Translation Hub menghapus tugas terjemahan sehari setelah tugas tersebut selesai.
Kebijakan retensi data berlaku untuk dokumen sumber dan terjemahan
yang dihasilkan. Jika Anda tidak menentukan kebijakan, Translation Hub akan menghapus tugas setelah 90 hari secara default.

Periode retensi dimulai saat tugas terjemahan selesai
Setelah Anda menyelesaikan terjemahan mesin, tugas dianggap selesai dan Translation Hub memulai periode retensi. Jika Anda mengirimkan
terjemahan untuk pengeditan pasca-terjemahan, tugas tersebut akan dianggap sedang diproses dan
kebijakan retensi tidak lagi berlaku. Setelah pengeditan postingan selesai, Translation Hub akan memulai ulang periode retensi dari saat pengeditan postingan selesai.
Perubahan pada kebijakan retensi hanya berlaku untuk tugas yang baru selesai
Setiap perubahan pada kebijakan retensi tidak diterapkan secara surut pada tugas terjemahan yang diselesaikan sebelum perubahan. Tugas tersebut mengikuti kebijakan retensi yang berlaku saat tugas selesai.
Kebijakan portal menggantikan kebijakan project
Anda dapat menetapkan kebijakan retensi di project atau di portal. Kebijakan
project berlaku untuk semua portal baru dan yang sudah ada dalam project Anda, kecuali jika portal
memiliki kebijakannya sendiri. Dalam hal ini, Translation Hub menggunakan kebijakan portal, bukan kebijakan project.
Menetapkan kebijakan project
Di bagian Translation Hub di konsol Google Cloud , buka halaman
Settings.
Di bagian Detail portal, lihat kolom Kebijakan retensi untuk melihat
berapa lama portal menyimpan terjemahan.
Menghapus kebijakan project
Anda dapat menghapus kebijakan project sehingga semua portal tanpa kebijakan portal menggunakan
nilai default 90 hari. Setelan default ini tidak berlaku untuk portal dengan kebijakan retensi sendiri.

Anda dapat menetapkan kebijakan retensi data khusus portal hanya saat membuat portal. Anda tidak dapat menambahkan, mengubah, atau menghapus kebijakan portal. Jika Anda harus mengubah kebijakan portal, buat ulang portal dengan kebijakan baru.

After the post edit is completed,\n Translation Hub then restarts the retention period from when the\n post edit was completed.\n\nChanges to retention policies apply to newly completed jobs only\n: Any changes to a retention policy aren't retroactively applied to translation\n jobs that were completed before the change. Those jobs follow the retention\n policy that was in place when the job was completed.\n\nPortal policies override a project policy\n: You can set a retention policy on your project or on a portal. A project\n policy applies to all new and existing portals in your project, unless a portal\n has its own policy. In that case, Translation Hub uses the portal policy\n instead of the project policy.\n\nSet a project policy\n--------------------\n\n1.
