Kebijakan retensi data memungkinkan administrator menyesuaikan durasi (dalam hari) Translation Hub mempertahankan konten sumber dan konten yang diterjemahkan di portal Anda.
Anda dapat melihat kebijakan portal, tetapi tidak dapat menambahkan, mengubah, atau menghapusnya.
Secara default, jika tidak ada kebijakan yang ditetapkan, Translation Hub akan menghapus konten setelah 90 hari. Periode retensi dimulai saat tugas terjemahan selesai. Kebijakan retensi tidak berlaku untuk tugas yang masih dalam proses, seperti untuk dokumen yang sedang diedit pasca-terjemahan.
Selain itu, kebijakan retensi tidak berlaku untuk terjemahan yang didownload atau resource lain yang digunakan untuk tugas terjemahan, seperti glosarium dan memori terjemahan.
