É possível usar o portal do Google Spectrum Access System (SAS) para criar, assinar e
atualizar várias configurações de dispositivo de serviço de rádio de banda larga para cidadãos (CBSD, na sigla em inglês) usando um arquivo CSV.
Se você receber um erro ao importar uma configuração do CBSD, ele
vai pular para a próxima linha no arquivo CSV e continuar. Depois que o upload é
concluído, o importador gera um relatório de erros que identifica as linhas que
não foram importadas.
Opcional: se você tiver acesso a várias implantações ou nós, selecione a implantação ou o nó desejado e clique em Abrir.
Importe o arquivo CSV.
Clique em file_uploadImportar e
em computerComputador.
Selecione o CSV personalizado que você quer importar e clique em Abrir. Quando você importa o CSV personalizado, o SAS Portal tenta mapear os cabeçalhos das colunas para os campos obrigatórios.
Para salvar as novas configurações do CBSD, clique em Fazer upload.
Quando a importação for concluída, verifique se há erros. Quando terminar,
você vai receber uma lista de configurações do CBSD.
Editar uma configuração de CBSD
Se você for administrador, editor ou CPI,
poderá editar as configurações do CBSD no Portal
SAS do Google.
Edite a configuração do CBSD para o seguinte:
Quando a configuração do CBSD muda.
Quando os detalhes de configuração do CBSD estão incorretos.
Para editar as configurações do CBSD, siga estas etapas:
Opcional: se você tiver acesso a várias implantações, selecione uma na lista Deployments e clique em Open.
À esquerda, clique em settingsConfigurações.
Para selecionar um CBSD, faça o seguinte:
Na mapVisualização do mapa, clique no marcador de local da CBSD.
Na table_chartVisualização de tabela,
clique na linha do CBSD.
À esquerda, clique em settings_input_antennaDispositivo
e em lockDesbloquear configurações de implantação.
Faça as alterações e siga estas etapas:
Se você tiver função de administrador ou editor, clique em Salvar ou Pronto para CPI.
Se você for um CPI, clique em Assinar.
Se o CBSD já estiver registrado, na página de configuração do CBSD, a seção Alterações pendentes vai mostrar uma lista de parâmetros atualizados. O status da configuração muda para Rascunho para indicar
que uma nova configuração inativa do CBSD foi criada. Como
o SAS ainda está usando a configuração ativa do CBSD
do último registro bem-sucedido, o status do CBSD não
mudou.
Para que os parâmetros atualizados entrem em vigor, faça o seguinte:
Peça a um CPI para assinar a nova configuração da CBSD.
Peça para a CBSD enviar uma nova solicitação de registro.
Excluir uma configuração de CBSD
Para excluir uma configuração do CBSD, você precisa ter permissões de Edição. Só é possível excluir configurações do CBSD que têm um status não registrado.
Para excluir uma configuração de CBSD, siga estas etapas:
Opcional: se você tiver acesso a várias implantações, selecione uma na lista Deployments e clique em Open.
À esquerda, clique em settingsConfigurações.
Para selecionar o CBSD, faça o seguinte:
Na mapVisualização de mapa, clique no marcador de local da CBSD.
Na table_chartvisualização de tabela, clique na linha do CBSD.
Para encontrar o estado do dispositivo, clique na guia Status.
Se o estado do dispositivo for Registrado, Concedido, Autorizado ou
Suspenso, cancele o registro do CBSD
antes de excluir a configuração.
À direita, clique em more_vertMais e em Excluir dispositivo.
Cancelar o registro de uma CBSD
A desativação de um CBSD interrompe imediatamente as transmissões. Se você
planejar registrar novamente o CBSD, novas concessões para o mesmo poder e
canal poderão ser suspensas até a próxima atividade periódica coordenada entre
SASs (CPAS), dependendo dos operadores existentes e da atividade de PAL.

Optional: If you have access to multiple deployments or nodes, select the desired deployment or node, and then click **Open**.\n2. Import the CSV file.\n\n 1. Click file_upload **Import** , and then click computer **Computer**.\n 2. Select the custom CSV that you want to import, and then click **Open**. When you\n import your customized CSV, the SAS Portal tries to map your\n column headers to the required fields.\n\n | **Important:** If you use a custom CSV, make sure that the **Property** and **Label from files** fields match before importing.\n3. To save the new CBSD configurations, click **Upload**.\n\n4. When the import is complete, review for any errors. When you are finished,\n you get a list of CBSD configurations.\n\n| **Important:** For CPIs, the imported files in the **Sign CBSD** column that are marked as **Yes** show a status of **Signed** . Files that are marked as **No** show a status of **Ready for CPI**.\n\nEdit a CBSD configuration\n-------------------------\n\nIf you're an Administrator, Editor, or CPI,\nyou can edit the CBSD configurations in the Google\nSAS Portal.\n\nEdit the CBSD's configuration for the following:\n\n- When the CBSD configuration changes.\n- When the CBSD configuration details are incorrect.\n\n| **Important:** If you're a CPI, your certification requires you to make any needed changes to ensure that the SAS always has the correct CBSD parameters. This includes [re-registering the CBSD](/spectrum-access-system/docs/cbsd/register-deregister).\n\nTo edit CBSD configurations, follow these steps:\n\n1. Go to the [SAS Portal](https://wirelessconnectivity.google.com/sas/welcome).\n2. Click **View deployments**.\n3. Optional: If you have access to multiple deployments, select a deployment from the **Deployments** list, and then click **Open**.\n4. On the left, click settings **Settings**.\n5. To select a CBSD, do one of the following:\n - In map **Map view**, click the CBSD location marker.\n - In table_chart **Table view**, click the row of the CBSD.\n6. On the left, click settings_input_antenna **Device** , and then click lock **Unlock deployment settings**.\n7. Enter your changes, and then do the following:\n - If you are an Administrator or Editor, click **Save** or **Ready for CPI**.\n - If you are a CPI, click **Sign**.\n\n| **Important:** If you edit an **Active** configuration, an inactive configuration is created. You need to sign and re-register it before it can take effect.\n\nIf the CBSD is already registered, on the CBSD\nconfiguration page, the **Pending changes** section shows a list of\nupdated parameters. The configuration status changes to **Draft** to indicate\nthat a new inactive CBSD configuration has been created. Because\nSAS is still using the active CBSD configuration\nfrom the last successful registration, the CBSD status hasn't\nchanged.\n\nTo make the updated parameters take effect, do the following:\n\n- Ask a CPI to sign the new CBSD configuration.\n- Have the CBSD send a new registration request.\n\nDelete a CBSD configuration\n---------------------------\n\nTo delete a CBSD configuration, you need **Edit** permissions. You\ncan only delete CBSD configurations that have an unregistered\nstatus.\n\nTo delete a CBSD configuration, follow these steps:\n\n1. Go to the [SAS Portal](https://wirelessconnectivity.google.com/sas).\n2. Click **View deployments**.\n3. Optional: If you have access to multiple deployments, select a deployment from the **Deployments** list, and then click **Open**.\n4. On the left, click settings **Settings**.\n5. To select the CBSD, do the following:\n - In map **Map view**, click the CBSD location marker.\n - In table_chart **Table view**, click the row of the CBSD.\n6. To find the device state, click the **Status** tab.\n7. If the device state is **Registered** , **Granted** , **Authorized** , or **Suspended** , you must [deregister the CBSD](#cbsd-deregister) before you delete the configuration.\n8. On the right, click more_vert**More** , and then click **Delete device**.\n\nDeregister a CBSD\n-----------------\n\nDeregistering a CBSD immediately stops its transmissions.
