Wenn Sie bereits eine Beziehung zu einem Google Cloud Marketplace-Anbieter haben, kann dieser Ihnen ein privates Angebot senden, damit Sie einen benutzerdefinierten oder ermäßigten Preis für seine Software zahlen.
Private Angebote gelten normalerweise für eine festgelegte Dauer, z. B. zwölf Monate, in der Sie einen benutzerdefinierten Preis bezahlen. Wenn Sie bereits für das Produkt bezahlen, sind die angepassten Preise ab Vertragsbeginn gültig. Nach Ablauf des Vertrags können Sie die Software weiterhin verwenden, indem Sie den Listenpreis bezahlen (bei einigen Preismodellen). Sie können sich auch mit dem Anbieter abstimmen, bevor der aktuelle Vertrag endet, um das Angebot zu verlängern oder ein neues Angebot zu erhalten.
Wenn ein Cloud Marketplace-Anbieter ein privates Angebot einrichtet, gibt er mehrere Details an, darunter:
Kundendetails: Die Informationen Ihrer Organisation, einschließlich eines Cloud-Rechnungskontos aus Ihrer Google Cloud Organisation. Zum Aufrufen und Erwerben des Angebots müssen Sie Zugriff auf das im Angebot aufgeführte Cloud-Rechnungskonto haben.
Angebotspreise: Die angepassten Preise, die Sie gemäß dem Preismodell des Produkts erhalten.
Zahlungsablauf: Häufigkeit und Zeitpunkt der Zahlung für das Angebot.
Die Abrechnung erfolgt entweder im Voraus (bei Vorauszahlungsplänen) oder monatlich (bei nachträglichen Zahlungen).
Vertragsdauer: Gibt an, wie lange das Angebot gilt.
Endnutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung (EULA): Die Nutzungsbedingungen für das Produkt.

If you're already paying for the product, any adjusted\npricing begins as soon as the contract starts. When the contract ends, you can\ncontinue using the software by paying the list price (for some\n[pricing models](/marketplace/docs/partners/offers/select-pricing-model)), or\nyou can work with the vendor before the current contract ends to renew the\noffer or receive a new offer.\n\nWhen a Cloud Marketplace vendor sets up a private offer, they specify\nseveral details, including the following:\n\n- **Customer details**: Your organization's information, including a\n Cloud Billing account from your Google Cloud organization. To view\n and purchase the offer, you must have access to the Cloud Billing\n account listed in the offer.\n\n- **Offer pricing**: The customized pricing that you receive, based on the\n product's pricing plan.\n\n- **Payment schedule**: The frequency and timing for how you pay for the offer.\n You're charged either upfront (for prepay payment schedules) or monthly (for\n postpay payment schedules).\n\n- **Contract duration**: How long the offer is in effect.\n\n- **End user license agreement (EULA)**: The terms governing your usage of the\n product.\n\n| **Note:** For VM and Kubernetes products, infrastructure costs aren't included in the private offer discounts.\n\nYou can only purchase a private offer once.
