Gunakan petunjuk ini untuk melihat peristiwa:
Klik tab menu Monitor, lalu pilih Peristiwa dari menu drop-down. Halaman Peristiwa akan terbuka. Daftar peristiwa akan muncul di
tabel.
Untuk mengubah tampilan kolom dalam tabel, Anda dapat:
Telusuri Menurut Kata Kunci: Untuk menampilkan subset data tertentu di
tabel Peristiwa, gunakan kolom Telusuri Menurut Kata Kunci untuk menelusuri
data di database konsol pengelolaan untuk kata atau kata kunci tertentu dan untuk hanya menampilkan subset data tersebut dalam tabel.
Penelusuran Berdasarkan Kata Kunci tidak peka huruf besar/kecil.
Filter Berakhir memiliki tombol gaya tunggal (pilihan) untuk memilih rentang
tanggal yang mencakup hari, minggu, atau bulan.
Sesuaikan Kolom: Untuk mengubah kolom yang muncul dalam tabel,
klik kanan dalam baris header tabel, lalu klik kotak centang
untuk kolom yang ingin ditampilkan (atau kolom yang tidak ingin
Anda lihat).
Sesuaikan Lebar Kolom: Untuk menyesuaikan lebar kolom tabel agar
menampilkan lebih banyak konten dalam tabel, tarik pembagi kolom di
header kolom ke kiri atau kanan untuk mengubah ukuran lebar kolom.
Pembagi kolom ditandai dengan sepasang garis abu-abu tipis.
Untuk mengubah jumlah baris yang ditampilkan di halaman tabel, Anda dapat memilih dari daftar drop-down di bagian bawah tabel.
Pilihannya mencakup: 10, 25, 50, 100, atau 500 baris per halaman tabel.
Untuk mengekspor daftar peristiwa, klik ikon ekspor. Anda dapat mengekspor dalam format PDF.
Untuk memfilter daftar peristiwa agar hanya melihat sebagian, klik
Buka Filter untuk membuka panel filter. Buat pilihan pemfilteran, lalu klik Update Filters.
Anda dapat menelusuri peristiwa berdasarkan:
ID Peristiwa
Pesan peristiwa
Rentang waktu
Tingkat keparahan peristiwa (notifikasi informasi, peringatan, dan error)
Panel Peristiwa di dasbor konsol pengelolaan memberikan akses cepat
ke peristiwa error dan peringatan yang telah terjadi selama 24 jam terakhir. Data ini melakukan polling
untuk mendapatkan data baru setiap dua menit.
Jumlah error: Menampilkan error selama 24 jam terakhir.
Jumlah peringatan: Menampilkan peringatan selama 24 jam terakhir.
Klik area jumlah Error atau Peringatan untuk mengakses halaman Peristiwa. Anda juga dapat mengakses peristiwa dari
Monitor>Peristiwa.

Di halaman Peristiwa, Anda dapat melakukan hal berikut:
Di kotak Penelusuran, ketik kata kunci untuk menelusuri data di database konsol pengelolaan untuk kata atau kata kunci tertentu dan hanya menampilkan subset data tersebut dalam tabel.
Ubah jumlah baris yang ditampilkan di halaman tabel, dengan memilih nilai yang diperlukan. Pilihannya mencakup: 25, 50, 100, atau 500 baris per halaman tabel.
Klik ikon download untuk mengekspor daftar peristiwa. Daftar diekspor

Melihat detail acara
Gunakan petunjuk ini untuk melihat detail peristiwa tertentu:
Klik tab Monitor, lalu pilih Peristiwa dari menu drop-down.
Halaman Peristiwa akan terbuka.
Pilih item di jendela Peristiwa, lalu klik Lihat Detail
dari sudut kanan bawah jendela. Anda juga dapat mengklik kanan peristiwa dalam daftar dan memilih Lihat Detail dari menu drop-down.
Halaman Detail Peristiwa menampilkan hal berikut.
ID: ID baris database di tabel data Peristiwa Cadangan dan DR. Peringatan ini dapat diabaikan.
ID Peristiwa: ID peristiwa unik.
Nama Appliance: ID appliance pencadangan/pemulihan tempat peristiwa
terjadi.
Komponen: Cadangan dan DR yang menampilkan error.
Application Name: Nama aplikasi yang ditetapkan pengguna, jika
berlaku.
Jenis Aplikasi: Jenis aplikasi, jika ada.
Nama Tugas: ID tugas unik.
Kode Error: Jika kode error atau ID peristiwa atau keduanya dibuat untuk peristiwa, kode tersebut akan ditampilkan. Kode error hanya dibuat untuk peristiwa yang menghasilkan peringatan dan error.
Pesan Error: Deskripsi teks peristiwa. Pesan error sering kali
disertai dengan informasi tambahan dari komponen eksternal.
Memerlukan Pembersihan: Peristiwa ini akan terus dilaporkan hingga
dihapus. Perangkat akan memicu peristiwa secara berkala hingga dihapus.
Tanggal Peristiwa: Waktu peristiwa terjadi.
Tanggal Sinkronisasi: Waktu saat peristiwa dilaporkan di konsol pengelolaan.
Setelah Anda selesai meninjau detail peristiwa, klik Kembali ke Peristiwa untuk kembali ke jendela Peristiwa.
Meninjau kegagalan tugas yang ditampilkan di dasbor konsol pengelolaan
Jumlah dan informasi tentang kegagalan tugas ditampilkan di
dasbor konsol pengelolaan.
Klik jumlah kegagalan tugas untuk menampilkan daftar tugas yang gagal di layanan Pemantau Tugas.
Klik kanan entri tugas untuk menampilkan informasi mendetail tentang entri tersebut.
Tinjau detail entri dan:
Gunakan link Telusuri Pustaka Pengetahuan
untuk mempelajari cara menyelesaikan masalah.
Pastikan host aplikasi berjalan.
Untuk virtual machine, pastikan VM belum dimigrasikan ke vCenter
lain.
Jika berlaku, pastikan layanan agen Pencadangan dan DR sedang berjalan.
Meninjau error dan peringatan yang ditampilkan di dasbor konsol pengelolaan
Jumlah error dan peringatan yang dialami oleh perangkat pencadangan/pemulihan
ditampilkan di sudut kanan atas dasbor:
Klik jumlah error atau peringatan untuk menampilkan daftar error

You can also access the events from the\n**Monitor** \\\u003e **Events**.\n\nUse these instructions to view events:\n\n1. Click the **Monitor** \\\u003e **Events** . A list of generated events are displayed in the **Events** page.\n2. In the **Events** page, you can do the following:\n\n - [View the details of the generated event](#events).\n\n - In the **Search** box, type a keyword to search across\n the data in the management console database for a specific word or\n keyword and to display only that subset of data in the table.\n\n - Modify the number of rows displayed in a table page, by selecting the\n required vaule. This can be ignored.\n - **Event ID**: A unique event identifier.\n - **Appliance Name**: The ID of the backup/recovery appliance where the event occurred.\n - **Component**: The Backup and DR that threw the error.\n - **Application Name**: The user-assigned name of the application, if applicable.\n - **Application Type**: The type of application, if applicable.\n - **Job Name**: A unique job identifier.\n - **Error Code**: If an error code or an event ID or both were generated for the event, it is shown. An error code is generated only for events generating a warning and an error.\n - **Error Message**: A text description of the event. The error message is often supplements by additional information from external components.\n - **Requires Cleaning**: This event continues report until it is cleared. The appliance raises the event periodically until it is cleared.\n - **Event Date**: The time that the event occurred.\n - **Sync Date**: The time at which the events is reported at the management console.\n\n | **Note:** Not all events include every detail. For example, event 55468 is about the appliance, so it will have **no application** specific information.\n4. When you are done reviewing event details, click **Return to Events**\n to return to the **Events** window.\n\nReview job failures displayed on the management console dashboard\n-----------------------------------------------------------------\n\nThe number of and information about job failures is displayed in the\nmanagement console dashboard.\n\nClick the number of job failures to display a list of failed jobs in the\n**Jobs Monitor** service.\n\nRight-click on a job entry to display detailed information about the entry.\n\nReview the details of the entry and:\n\n- Use the **Search [Knowledge Base](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/support)**\n link to learn how to resolve the issue.\n\n- Ensure the application's host is running.\n\n- For virtual machines, verify the VM has not been migrated to another\n vCenter.\n\n- If applicable, verify that the Backup and DR agent service is running.\n\nReview errors and warnings displayed on the management console dashboard\n------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nThe number of errors and warnings encountered by a backup/recovery appliance\nare displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard:\n\n1.
