The simulator can be used with any Agent Assist feature.\nThis tutorial walks you through the steps required to run the Agent Assist\nsimulator.\n\nBefore you begin\n----------------\n\n1. You must create a [conversation profile](/agent-assist/docs/conversation-profile) before you can use the simulator.\n\nTest a conversation profile's performance\n-----------------------------------------\n\n1.Navigate to the [Agent Assist Console](https://agentassist.cloud.google.com)\nand click on the **Conversation profiles** menu option on the left side\nof the page:\n\n1. The conversation profiles page displays a list of your conversation profiles.\n To use the simulator, click on the three vertical dots to the far right of\n the conversation profile that you want to test and click **Use simulator**.\n\n2. The window that appears provides you with input boxes for both customer and\n agent responses. You can test conversation profiles by inputting text and\n evaluating the resulting suggestions. If your conversation profile is\n configured to suggest both replies and articles, you can choose to enable\n either feature or all simultaneously by clicking the **Options** button at\n the top right of the simulator page and making a selection.\n\n3. Test your model by inputting text. The following example is testing\n a conversation profile configured for Article Suggestion.
