Esse recurso pode melhorar muito a experiência do usuário fornecendo respostas a perguntas comuns fora do escopo do agente.
O Small Talk está disponível de duas maneiras:
Conversa casual integrada: quando ativada para um agente, ela processa conversas casuais automaticamente, sem adicionar intents ao agente.
Clique em Small Talk no menu da barra lateral esquerda.
Ative a opção Enable.
Clique em Salvar.
Personalizar respostas da conversa casual integrada
Depois de ativadas, as respostas da conversa casual integrada podem ser personalizadas para atender às suas necessidades de branding ou produto.
Cada categoria de resposta é organizada em pastas.

Click **Save**.\n\n### Built-in small talk limitations\n\nThe following limitations apply to the built-in small talk:\n\n- Only supported for [some languages](/dialogflow/docs/reference/language).\n- Only available for the `global` [region](/dialogflow/es/docs/how/region).\n- Does not work for [mega agents](/dialogflow/docs/agents-mega).\n- Based on [Google Assistant policy](https://developers.google.com/assistant/console/policies/general-policies#user_experience), enabling built-in small talk in its entirety will cause your action to be rejected.
