É possível fazer upgrade de um direito de acesso usando o método
entitlements.changeOffer
com uma oferta para o SKU que você quer atualizar.
Não é possível fazer upgrade de assinaturas anuais, mas você pode
mudar para o plano flexível usando o método entitlements.changeRenewalSettings
e fazer um ajuste após o evento de renovação.
É possível fazer downgrade de um direito de acesso usando o método
entitlements.changeOffer
com uma oferta para o SKU que você quer downgrade.
Não é possível fazer downgrade de direitos anuais/mensais e anuais/anuais
durante o período e não pode ser feito nas configurações de renovação:
o downgrade precisa ser feito manualmente no momento da renovação ou depois. Recomendamos
mudar para o plano flexível usando entitlements.changeRenewalSettings
e fazer um ajuste após o evento de renovação.

Não é possível combinar operações de transferência e troca de SKU. Por exemplo, se você
tiver um cliente em potencial que está usando o Business Starter e quer
comprar o Enterprise Standard, primeiro transfira o cliente
com a SKU do Business Starter e depois mude para
o Enterprise Standard.
Os upgrades/downgrades iniciam um novo direito e encerram o anterior.
Para planos de compromisso, um novo compromisso começa quando a chamada para
entitlements.changeOffer é feita
e não é simultânea ao direito existente.
