Membuka kembali akun Penagihan Cloud yang ditutup
Jika akun Penagihan Cloud ditutup karena ada masalah dengan akun Anda (seperti saldo yang belum dibayar), Anda mungkin perlu membuka kembali akun Penagihan Cloud secara manual setelah menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.
Jika penagihan dinonaktifkan di project Anda, semua layanan Google Cloud
yang dapat ditagih di project yang terpengaruh akan dinonaktifkan. Banyak layanan dapat dimulai ulang
setelah Anda mengaktifkan kembali penagihan pada project, meskipun beberapa layanan mungkin
dihapus saat penagihan dinonaktifkan.

Jika project Anda dinonaktifkan, semua resource dalam project tersebut akan dihentikan dan penagihan dinonaktifkan di project tersebut. Saat Anda menonaktifkan project, project akan memasuki periode pemulihan selama 30 hari, selama periode tersebut Anda dapat memulihkan project ke status aktif.

Some services have delays in restoring\nand you might need to wait some time for services to be restored.\n\n### Manually restart services\n\nYou might need to manually restart some services in your projects.\nFor Google Cloud, this includes Compute Engine virtual machine\n(VM) instances,\n[ephemeral IP addresses](/compute/docs/vm-ip-addresses#reservedaddress), and\nsolid-state persistent disks (SSDs). Almost all instances can be stopped and\n[restarted](/compute/docs/instances/restarting-an-instance#restart_a_stopped_instance),\nexcept for virtual machine instances with local SSDs, which can't be restarted.\n\nTo restore your Google Cloud services, you must restart your instances on\nGoogle Cloud as follows:\n\n1. Sign in to the Google Cloud console.\n\n [Sign in to Google Cloud console](https://console.cloud.google.com/)\n2. In the menu menu,\n select **Compute Engine**.\n\n3. From the Compute Engine menu, select **VM instances**.\n\n4. If prompted, select a project.\n\n5. Select the checkboxes next to the instances that you want to start.\n\n6.
